Absolutely the worst service I have had almost anywhere I have been. We ordered and 4 of the 5 of us got our food, we only got silverware for 3, the last person's took an additional amount of time (at least 10 minutes) even though it was said it was just about done. Our friend's meal came out and our server said they made the wrong curds the first time, the sandwich seemed to be sitting and waiting new curds, so it wasn't anything but warm and the chicken in it was very overcooked, the new curds were burnt. Our server set it down, never came back to check how anything was or if we needed anything. She served the table next to us several times and ignored us. When she finally came back and asked if we needed anything else it was at least 15 minutes after. When our friend complained and said they did not want to pay for the food our server scowled, walked away, and never came back. She was out folding silverware nd serving other tables the entire 15 minutes. One of our group finally went up and explained the situation to the bartender who came right out to talk with us. There was no manager available to speak with, but the head cook did waive my friend's meal. The bartender who took care of us was absolutely amazing 👏 She got the servers tip. I likely won't be back even though my favorite nachos are here. Sad day. Ava was the name of our server. I've been here several times with great experiences until tonight.

We were a group of 5 planning a trip. Our waitress, Ava, was probably the absolute worst server I have ever experienced. 4 of us received our food but the 5th person did not. It was probably 10 minutes before he got his, and by then we were half done eating.

When his food finally arrived, his Cajun cheese curds were almost dried up, they were that overcooked. She told us that they made the wrong cheese curds first. You know that sandwich he ordered was sitting under a heat lamp the entire time they made the new curds. After she delivered his food, she purposely avoided our table. She never came back to ask how our food was or if we wanted anything else. 3 of the 5 wanted another beverage but we couldn't get her attention. The neighboring table saw her at least 4 times since we received our food.

We finally got her attention and when the person with the bad food complained, he didn't even eat 1/4 of his sandwich and maybe 3 of the curds, she didn't say a word. She scowled, turned away, and never came back. We waited another 10 minutes until one of us went to the bartender to inquire about our bills.

The bartender, Lauren, came and talked with us, got us our bills, and discussed the situation. I can't say enough good things about Lauren and how well she handled the situation. We all tipped Lauren.

1. ordered pizza with pulled pork (it was listed as an option for the additional toppings). Asked if I could get BBQ on the pulled pork, waitress said yeah I can do that. 20-25 mins later she comes out and said the cook said we don't do pulled pork on pizza. So got just cheese.
2. Then another 20 mins later she comes out and tells my husband they ran out of steak for his philly cheese steak that he ordered. He said he didn't want anything else cause he didn't want to wait much more for the food.
3. Another 30 mins passed no food, no refills for drinks. We asked waitress she said oh another 5 mins. 5 minutes later she comes out and says they got your food in now so maybe 5 more minutes. Still no refills, still no food. Family left cause kids were crabby, I stayed to get the food to go and pay. Took food back to room and some food was burnt, my pizza was uncut (try eating a full pizza in a hotel room). And fries were luke warm. Overall some food was decent but experience there was horrible.
