3/6/2022. 5:15 pm. Store manager treated a female customer rudely. Customer was not satisfied and said the chicken in the bucket was burned and requested a refund before she left the counter. The manager kept making the customer wait for over 15 minutes while she waited on other customers. Customer got mad and loudly requested her money back several times since the cashier had already thrown away the chicken. The manager still made the customer wait until a verbal altercation ensued between the customer and the manager. Customer left the store and brought her husband back in. Eventually the matter was solved. The manager put customers, staff, and herself at the risk of physical harm by PURPOSELY making the customer wait and then verbally berating her. The manager should have issued a refund as soon as the customer said she was not satisfied with how the chicken looked. The customer was just as important as the other customers the manager kept purposely waiting on although the customer requesting the refund was there first. Poor management. I will not eat here again.

Read moreI visit this location at least once a week but have never been treated so rudely as I was today! I gave the cashier a coupon that came from a coupon book that they gave me. The coupon was to purchase 1 pot pie and get another for $1. The cashier rang up the order and it was $12 and some change. I gave her $20, looked at the receipt ,and she had rung up 2pot pies and deducted $1.50 off of one of them. I told her this was incorrect and that she had overcharged me. She said that the coupon was not showing up in the system. I asked to speak with the manager and she reluctantly went to get her. The manager looked at the receipt and I only said that she owed me $3.94. She got mad and said she came up to see what was going on and didn't appreciate me telling her what to do and she turned around and walked off mumbling something. I told the cashier to give me my $20 back and to keep the pot pies. The cashier again was very rude and highly disrespectful. I repeated my request for my money back at which time the manager returned, opened the register and gave me the difference that was owed me. I took the money and the pot pies. I will however NEVER visit this KFC again. You have lost mine and my husband's business. Your employees need to leave the attitudes at home. An old saying says that the customer is always right. Read moreI usually don't have problems with kfc but today had a fairly big problem. I placed a online order threw the app for the silas creek parkway store in Winston salem nc. When I and my partner arrived to pick up our food we asked if it was all there. It being a big order of x2 of the 30 dollar bucket deal with 8 piece chicken 8 tenders 4 sauces x1 large mash potatoes and gray x1 Cole slaw and x4 biscuits. We got home to find that they where wrong and short a 8 piece tender. So we drive back up to pick them up. When we arrive at the store and talked to the manager she didn't believe and called us a liar saying that "she would help us this time" subjecting plainly that we where lying simply because I and my husband have tattos in particular him with his whole face being tattooed. We get some people judge but in a business there is no room to call your costumers liars because of your mess ups. It's not hard to check a list I'm a line cook myself and look threw ticket orders for 8 to 10hrs a day there is no reason for a manager to accuse customers of lying if I wanted to lie I would have reviewed first or called making a big show. My husband is now getting to bed late due to us making multiple runs 20 minutes out to get all of our food. To also be accused of lying because of how we look. Not happy won't be back to this kfc.
