Update April 2024: This location is undergoing a renovation that looks to be eating some of the arcade floor space in order to expand the sports bar end of things. I'm of the personal ambition that it's an odd choice and overly ambitious; evidently they are putting in stall-like booths with standing tables that can be rented so that people can play electric darts and electric shuffleboard? The kitchen / this chain has had several years to improve but they have apparently used that time to double down on dried out, overly salted fare. Also, who the hell serves brussel sprouts with the stems still on? Blegh. ***Old Review*** Very excited Dave and Buster's is in town....the mall really needed a boost. Everything runs off of "credits", and the math is definitely kept fuzzy on purpose. A few things to know: SECRET INSIDERY TIP YOU SHOULD KNOW: Every Wednesday is half price games, all day. You can't use coupons or promos at all on Wednesday, though, so make sure you load up your card by Tuesday if you're planning on taking advantage! And yes, the half-price games extend to the ticket-earning games. STUFF ABOUT BUYING AND CREDITS: An initial game card costs $3. It's your standard gift card-esque plastic card with a swipe stripe. You can load it with various denominations - the ones they most readily offer to you are $20, $25, $50, etc, but you can do $1, $3, $5, etc at the kiosks, if you just want to top up or only play something once. While exponentially higher card-loading will, unsurprisingly, net you additional credits, to give you a basic idea, $20 gets you 100 credits. Games do not have even credit "costs" - everything in the place, rather than being an even number, is a decimal number like 10.8 credits (the price of the coin pusher games and the higher ticket-redemption style games). When you consider that each credit runs roughly .20 cents if you don't use any promos or coupons, that works out to a staggering $2.16 a play...so, you can see, money can go *very* quickly if you don't know that going in! No matter how low your credit balance gets on a card (and you'll always have a fraction kicking around at the end, due to their decimal credit costs) you can always play a game of skeeball at one of their two classic lanes. (Sadface that they turned an arcade classic into the poverty game, lol!!) Tickets won go directly to the card, except in the case of plastic tokens and trading cards won at the coin pushers. Be aware that the *silver* metal coins in the Elaut-brand coin pushers don't give you squat, just the "stuff" like the plastic tokens and cards that come out. If one comes out by mistake, you can put it back in the coin slot for five free shots, which is admittedly a kind of ingenious way to keep all the tokens in the machine. The prizes for redemption are actually very decent at all levels - I believe they start as low as 25 tickets, which is a "consolation prize" level of tickets at some of the higher redemption machines, so pretty much every kid leaves with something. Top prizes, like the X Box One, are 100,000, and a Ring Doorbell for 50,000. STUFF ABOUT THE GAMES THEMSELVES They have cool, newer games, shooters, the "reflex games" that the tweens and teens can whup my butt in, claw machines that are lame and un-grabby, electric state-of-the-art carnival-esque games like ring toss and knockdown ball tosses, lots of basketball games including a cool connect-four themed one, and at least one dance-dance-revolution looking game. There's a big four-person HALO shooter, and Elaut brand coin pushers (Flintstones and Star Trek) that give you 12 shots for 10.8 credits. STUFF ABOUT THE FOOD Welp. It's...um...food. I can give enthusiastic and genuine recommendations for the churro dessert (it was honestly amazing and looked exactly like the picture), but the food-food was very poky about getting to our table and was a notch below TGIFridays at closing time - overdone, dried out, oversalted, and generally meh. But lets be real - ya don't come here for the food.

Love the games and the food is great. They carry all the good sports too. That was a post from when they opened. I usually love coming here. But Tonight was much more disappointing. I called earlier in the afternoon looking to see if they would be showing WWE Royal rumble like other stores. The girl I spoke to said they would absolutely be showing it. I called some friends and we planned on meeting tonight. However when I arrived, not seeing it showing, I asked what tv was showing the broadcast. I got some funny looks and the gentleman who might have been a manager tried to change the channel and when it came up PPV he said they couldn't. Another girl looked on her phone and said you need to do xyz. He seemed to be clueless and just said they were not able to do PPV events. I texted my friends to cancel and decided to get some food anyway. The servers were very quick and attentive. I ordered the cheese steak and chicken finger combo. The food had obviously been prepared for a while because it came out in about three minutes and was cold. I did not bother to talk to the manager because as previously stated he was clueless. Tonight you guys seriously dropped the ball. So disappointing.

Yesterday (New Year's Eve) was my first time visiting this location and I would have to say, it wasn't the greatest experience. My party and I arrived around 11:30 and we were really hungry. The hostess told us to find a table and a waitress/waiter will be right with us so we did. The vibe was great, music was playing and the dj was playing great music. The restaurant was giving out champagne so we got some champagne. Midnight came and we still haven't seen our waitress/waiter. In fact, most of the staff was on the dance floor by the time. After a few more minutes, I find a waitress to take our complete order just because there was no telling when she would be back if we just put in a drink order. Our food came around 12:40, I asked for another drink during the wait but when the waitress finally got around to put in my drink order, the bar was closed. The waitress brings me the check and starting acting a little shading as if she didnt want my to really study the check. After I paid, I found out why; she overcharged me. I hate when servers stand over you when you're doing the tip which she did, and I'm glad she saw that I didn't give her a tip. I guess she fixed her mistake but the whole time, she was trying to take the check from me so who knows what else she overcharged me for. Avoid the waitress with the burnett hair and glasses! I paid for the eat and play but because we received service so late, we didn't get to play before they closed at 1am. I asked for a refund for the game card because based on my experience that night, I wasn't planning on coming back. Unfortunately, their whole system shuts down at closing and no one could give me a refund. The manager turned around and said they don't do refunds anyway because the cards never expire. I never received the pleasure of speaking to the manager. I'm on my way back tonight, to play games, so hopefully Dave and Busters will not disappoint and I can edit this review.

I took my grandson and family to celebrate his birthday on Thursday 3/12/2020. I purchased the highest online deal for $52.00 for 550 tickets including another player for $10.00. I went in and the greeter was awesome! She and I confirmed my online purchase, I thought. Even transferred the tickets to a card for me from my cellphone. Unbeniuced to me 220 tickets was not transferred. If my daughter hadn't checked the card then I would've been out those tickets. Summing up the journey the waitress and the food was terrible! I ordered beef nachos, BURNT AND SALTY!!!!! My grandson ordered hot wings with fries, which was cold! The food LOOKED good! Now the waitress, we specifically expressed to Brian, the manager, that we DID NOT WANT but was stuck with anyway. We had come in earlier on Monday for my grandson's birthday and experienced her special treatment. She was very rude and very short temper before and on this day as well! We tried to ask questions concerning drinks that we wanted to purchase. She acted as if she thought we could not afford them. If being able to pay was an issue then the facts speaks for itself. I spent more than a $150 on this one visit, not including our Monday's visit and purchase adding to, my daughter's tab. This waitress, we had previous on our visit earlier in the week needs to be more diverse and people oriented. My daughter had spoken to Brian, concerning an issue with the tickets, in which he accommodated us but afterwards he seemed so irritated and watched us relentlessly the entire visit. I have more tickets to use but because Brian continued to watch us and the waitress actions, as if we were going to run out without securing payment! Adding the terrible food, I probably want go back! GOOD LUCK AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

So the games are great. There are games that can appeal to a wide range of people. We also ate in the Dave and Busters restaurant part. When we sat down, no one initially came to help us (seat yourself). So I got up to ask if someone could please take our order and they said they didn't know who area was the area we were sitting in. Then I found someone else and they finally told us the area we were in was closed for the weekend. There was a party of about 10 people in our area also, but they said that was for a big group because they could not fit anywhere else. When I asked someone again if someone could take our order after we moved, the waitress said she could help us. She was great. Very friendly and attentive. The food was okay. In the photo is the chicken avocado sandwich. This is the gluten free bun. They actually brought out 2 sandwiches for me (I ate one already by the time I tool photo), because the original sandwich with original bun is huge, but gluten free buns are small so they gave me 2 sandwiches to compensate. Food was okay, but not bad at all. The main reason you visit is not for the food, but for the games and the game play was wonderful.

Well, of course my husband, son and his girlfriend all enjoyed the games, there is something for everyone!! I ordered the Buster cheeseburger in a lettuce wraps, it was very good, just a bit too greasy. My husband enjoyed his pretzel dogs and my son's girlfriend enjoyed her Philly cheese steak, but my son was not as thrilled with his boneless wings, he got them plain, as he prefers just ranch dressing, but he didn't even finish them. We didn't have the best service, we never got any silverware and we ended up going to the bar and getting our own napkins. It also took quite awhile to get our check. Everyone else left me there to wait on it while they took off so I could wait for the bill. The other issue was our drinks, we always had to ask for more drink and when she would take it for more she would never think to ask anyone else if they needed a refill. Finally, I went to the ladies restroom, oh my goodness, every stall was a mess, I am not sure why women go out in public and think it is ok to do things like that, but in the bathroom lotta of complaints, I ended up finding someone and letting them know about the conditions, hopefully they took care of it.
