This little crane store has really won me over. I have visited twice, met different staff both times, and got the same message -- "we want people to be winners". Plus, the machines grab with the same 'strength' every time -- it's pure skill, not 'is the machine picking THIS drop as the winning drop, and if so, did I even hit anything?'

They'll shuffle the machine for you if it's impossible. If you win something that has variations, they'll let you swap out (so, if you play a Pokeball claw machine, get a Great Ball, but really want an Ultra Ball? Done).

My family and I visited today and had the best experience ever. I’m literally writing this as I walk from the location. Shaanty, Melanie, and Shelby made the experience unforgettable for my kiddos. They were super friendly and engaging which was incredibly refreshing. The price point for the claw machines was more than reasonable. We spent way too much time and way too much money but it was well spent for the smiles on my kids’ faces. I wish I could leave more stars for them and that my review could fully express how much we enjoyed ourselves here. Truly a hidden gem. This place recently opened and I already love it! I was walking around the mall and spotted this new place and figured I'd give it a go, I only bought 20 dollars worth of tokens, and I ended up winning quite a bit of plushies! It must have been my luck, but the machines here are not like other arcade games where it takes a million tries, half the games I tried only took me one try! Staff here are also awesome, I had an issue with a crane and they gave me my token back, they are also very nice. The only thing I wish they had was more space!
