RUDE. My elderly mother took me there 11/11/24 around 2:30pm. They had no customers. She asked about the forever jewelry. We had gone the day before and was told the manager was the only one who could do it and she did not have time to come back the next day, so we did. We were told the day prior it was B1G1F the manager said no not on forever jewelry. Mom asked how much she stated 165 each we said OK. The managers daughter young child came inside the kiosk talking to het the manager told her you need to leave these people are already mad and have attitudes. Which we did not it was her rolling her eyes snapping at us as she talked down to us like we were slow. She then proceeded to tell us we have to set an appointment again NO ONE is at the kiosk but us. So, we download the app she tells us 1st 30 minutes then she said no an hour. As we are finishing up filling in our information on the app, she says no I cannot do it until 6pm. At this point my mom says forget it because you clearly do not want to do this for us. We walked around the mall for a couple hours and in that time, we still did not see anyone at her kiosk besides her child and another worker. The manager was rude and nasty to us. I went on Monday Oct 28th to have my ears re-pierced for the 3rd time bc I had them done the two times before at different locations, one being in South Carolina and the other at a tattoo shop and both times the piercing did not heal correctly. After almost 6 months I decided I wanted them done again and found Banter in Hanes Mall. I went there based on the great reviews and really glad that I did. I’m terrible with names and really wish in this case I wasn’t bc the woman working was beyond amazing. She was so helpful, knew what she was talking about and answered all of my questions flawlessly. I was nervous with this being the 3rd time with my ears but I had decided if it didn’t work this time then I was done HOWEVER this is THE best they’ve been done! They don’t hurt even when I lay/sleep on my side, aren’t irritated and I have full confidence these will be the set that lasts. I’m so thankful I went here bc I finally have what I was wanting a year and a half ago. I highly recommend coming here for piercings plus they do a 30 day follow up to make sure everything is healing correctly which is a nice touch but what stands out the most was how knowledgeable and kind...

I will not be coming back to this location again. I have been trying to replace a necklace that I have warranty on since August (I just bought the necklace end of July) and I’ve been given nothing but the run around. They claimed to have ordered it and told me to come back within a week or two, on two different occasions. Then when i came back BOTH TIMES there was no necklace and it had to be “ordered again”, which leads me to believe they never ordered it in the first place. I called before going to the store on another occasion and was told that they didn’t have the necklace and couldn’t order it. I went to the store another time and they claimed to not have the item despite it saying otherwise online. But of course every time they want to keep offering me similar necklace for a higher price than the one i originally purchased. It should not be this hard to replace a freaking necklace especially with having paid for warranty. I will try to replace it at another location if I am able to but I most likely will not be purchasing anything else from Banter by...
