My wife and I love Taco Bell and this experience will in no way change that, but we had a slightly bad experience at the University Parkway location today. She ordered "Zero Sugar Baja Blast Mountain Dew" for me over the intercom to a man. At the window, the lady was taking our debit and giving us our food when we saw they were giving us Diet Mt Dew instead of Zero Sugar Baja Blast. My wife asked, "Is that Baja Blast?" The African American man behind her who took our order suddenly raises his voice in an ugly tone, "I heard you say 'Diet Mountain Dew!'" I quickly speak up and say that diet is fine in order to avoid any problems. I prefer Baja Blast zero sugar, but it really doesn't matter. But I'm not sure how the gentleman didn't hear "Baja Blast" and somehow heard "diet" and I don't appreciate how he spoke to my wife. The taco supremes we ordered were the soggiest tacos we've ever had at any Taco Bell I've ever eaten at in my life since they opened in the 90's. My wife believes it was grease, but I was so confused that I actually wondered if they had been put under a water faucet. Anyway, she's probably right, but I'm not sure why or how so much cold grease got onto our tacos. Anyway, I used to give bad customer service years ago when I was stressed out, so I don't want to be too harsh on the man. As a customer service worker, no, I know he shouldn't have spoken to us like that. He honestly should have kept his opinion to himself and allowed the woman at the window to address our problem. But, anyway, my wife says she refuses to eat at this location for a...
Read moreFrom the very start this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. As soon as we pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru we sat there for several minutes without being acknowledged until I repeatedly yelled hello into the speaker and finally an employee came over the speaker and said “are you talking to me?” When finally giving our order we told the employee we could not hear her and then the employee proceeded to YELL everything else through the speaker with an attitude. After pulling to the window we find out it was not the employee working the window that had the attitude and yelled through the speaker, but the rude employee was actually the manager. After we get our food and leave my boyfriend opens his chalupa to see that it is chicken and not beef so we go back to find the manger out back smoking a blunt with someone who was not an employee. We end up getting the chalupa fixed to beef but they still messed it up and did not put sour cream on it and while sitting outside checking our food the same manager comes out and tells these 2 people who had just walked up that they could not be there and was being rude and cussing at them when these 2 people had not done anything, they didn’t speak to any other customers or ask anyone for money, absolutely nothing. This manager has no business being a manager and I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell after the way they treated multiple...
Read moreWould rate lower if possible. By far the WORST staff of any of the locations. Rude does not even begin to describe their behavior. When I reminded the cashier she did not give me one of my drinks, she did not believe me. After she double checked the monitor and asked one of her coworkers, she finally saw I did not in fact receive drink. Said drink was basically thrown at me, was overfilled and spilled all over my lap and front seat area. Food was cold and improperly packed and when I informed cashier I was in fact missing another item, this time she said, “Hand it back, let me see.” She proceeded to stick her hands in my car to take item, had two other coworkers look through my food with her and then they put it in a new bag and handed it back. No gloves, no quality seals. Tried to argue with me that my order was correct when it was not for almost two minutes. You can’t argue with stupid so I left. Will NEVER use this...
