Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

My sweet husband and I stopped at this chik fil a on the way to a wedding in VA. We decided to stop at the chik fil a here cause it’s just right off the interstate. So what had happened was we got inside and ordered our food. For me it was a #1 delux with pepper jack cheese and unsweet tea. For him it was a #6 with coke no ice. While I waited for the order to be ready (we got it togo), he went to the bathroom. I want you to know that when my sweet husband came out of that bathroom, he informed me that the toilet was out of toilet paper!!….I mean good grief. So we get in the car and we go next door to the gas station. As my husband pumped gas, I pulled out the box containing my chicken sandwich. I took a bite and thought “shoot! This pepperjack cheese is spicier than usual”. Finally about halfway through the sandwich I lifted the bun to inspect the patty and discovered they had given me a spicy delux!! Well so we decide to go back over to the chik fil a and when I made them aware of the grievance, they gave me a new #1 delux with pepper jack no questions asked. It was busy I a way. Ordered a salad and ice tea. Took a long time to get my food. It was very confusing about what was going on. Chick fil a worker would bring food to cars, but the cars at the front of the line were not moving at all. Food was being taken to cars behind me and I had about 8 cars in front of me. By the time I got to the head of the line. I sat and watched cfa worker again taking food to cars behind me. I sat and sat and almost left without my food, although I had already paid. I felt bad for holding everyone behind me up. Finally a guy walked up to my car with my order. As I pulled away, 6 cars followed out behind me, which meant they had been waiting to leave after getting their food. I got home and my salad had what I would estimate 2 chicken strips if that, but the lettuce was fresh. The ice tea was so watered down it absolutely just tasted like water. Way to much money spent for such bad service and food, on top of waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Approx 8 cars in front of me. Will not make such a terrible...

Will never be ordering from here again. Ordered delivery for breakfast around 10am. 1 side salad, 3 spicy filets, and a large sunjoy. Received the salad and drink but not the 3 filet patties. The app said the 2nd part of our order would be here in 8 minutes. Weird that we weren't given all of it but okay. It's over a hour and we were still waiting on the filet patties but the driver would be here in 20 minutes so my friend said to just wait. I checked the app again around 11:30 and it said the wait was another 20 minutes. Called the store and the woman was no help saying we never ordered the 3 filet patties when I know we did and that if we wanted them we would have to place a separate order. I'm not paying $15 for 3patties when I ordered them during BREAKFAST for breakfast price of $3.09. Thanks for being no help. After we spoke to the woman the app magically stopped saying our driver would be on the way. Never order here. Worst experience I've ever had. I never order from here and never will...
