The Wrong Number — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

So I’ve been coming to this bar for quite some time now I truly love it and up until now I’ve loved every staff member that that’s ever worked there. Unfortunately, The only reason why I even gave this place one star was because it has no option for zero stars. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on because last night One of the bartenders was extremely rude to me for an unknown reason. I was in disbelief to the point where I thought it was a joke. I then mentioned it to my male friend who also noticed that the bartender was looking at me like she hated me, and I’ve never met this woman before. Not only was she rude from the start, but another bartender would step in and help me and my friend because the Rude bartender was too busy trying to flirt and I assume get tips. She has long, beautiful Blonde hair with colorful undertones last night her hair was curled very beautifully, but she is an ugly person inside!! She ignored me for About 20 minutes helping people that would just come up to the bar when I’m standing there waiting patiently. Finally, I had to get my male friend to stand there while I walk away to see if she would Serve him and guess what? that’s exactly what happened. As soon as I walked away, she was more than willing to help him with his drink order. When she asked for the payment, I turned around and paid for it And we could tell she was not happy that he ordered a drink for me and she thought it was for him. I politely said “thanks for finally helping us out. I hope you have a wonderful night.” Instead of saying, I’m sorry I’m busy or asking the other bartender to stop making out with the two men she was all over next to the pool table. I’m assuming they all knew each other 🤷🏻‍♀️at the end of the bar.. The Blonde, curly haired bartender, then tried to start an argument with me still for reasons unknown. She was cussing at me while I was turned around putting my wallet back in my purse so my friend was asking her to stop being hostile towards me for literally no reason. She was so unbelievably rude and all I could say was “I hope you have a wonderful night I do not want to argue with you” She even threatened to have me thrown out and I did nothing but tip her well and use my manners. Remember, I’ve never met this woman for my life and before you think I’m overthinking, I definitely pointed it out to my friends as well, as well as recording her treating me this way and I promise you you just lost a good amount of customers because of that girl she does not belong in an industry where she has to talk to others and be kind. Kindness is not a hard thing to achieve and it really sucks because I really love this establishment, but I cannot and will not return because of her. 10/10 The worst experience I have ever had at the wrong number and it was all thanks to the Cute little blonde, headed bartender with undertones in her hair. She needs anger, management, and a new Career path that doesn’t have to deal directly with people. If you’re a woman and you wanna go out and have a good time, I would steer clear from this bar until this bartender no longer works here because she’s gonna ruin your night doesn’t matter how much you tip her either she’s still gonna be mean to you, but if you have a guy friend with you, she’ll be very nice to him It’s really sad that this establishment actually hires...

Horrible service. Stood at the bar for more than 20-30 minutes while the bartender ran in circles. There were two bartender that wouldn't take my order. This was my first time at this bar since it was Bulls Tavern. Both bartenders would walk past me and everyone around me. I finally went to the other end and the third bartender actually acknowledged that I was a person standing waiting patiently. Finally a woman in a group of friends saw me waiting so long and being passed multiple times by all the bartenders asked what did I want. She added my two beers request to her order, this was the only way I got my beers (the third bartender tried acting like she forgot about my beers but the woman reminded her once she asked for payment). The third bartender then finally got my beers. I paid for the woman's drinks and my own. Again this was my first time in this bar in years, no prior experience here will...

GET BETTER MANAGEMENT manager Bailey off the jump with the bad vibes. haven’t event ordered nothing just standing at the bar and she already asking for ids. was very rude to customers. refused service to paying customers because she claimed customers had a fake id when really the id was real. i just feel like she didn’t really have a good reason to refuse service because it’s clear as day on the id that the customer was over the age limit and if your going out your way to be just spiteful and rude to customer they needa get a new manager.
