My husband and I normally love this place and visit several times a month but unfortunately as of last Saturday we may not anymore. We ordered waffle bowels for the both of us were told there was only one left, we said ok we will just take the one and changed the other order. when given the waffle bowel noticed it was soggy and tremble. My husband informed the young lady at the drive thru window handed it back to her stating we did not want it and said we wanted something different before he had a chance to tell this young lady what we wanted the window was immediately shut in his face. After about 5 min in the drive thru we were handed the exact same waffle bowel only with sprinkles on it this time and lord knows what else. The young lady at the drive thru shut the window once again at once in his face. We then drove around to the front of the store where my husband got out and went inside to correct the order. Was told but a young lady in there " I told you we only had one waffle bowel " my husband explained to this employee had she and her co worker not shut the window they would have been told what to replace the order with. A very nice young man assisted my husband with the correction while the young ladies continued to state they did nothing wrong and never attempted to correct this issue. I hope no one else encounters this level of rudeness. I understand that people are working short but as an adult situations are handled differently. Training is in order for these individuals so perhaps that have better coping skills as they age and mature. I have nothing but good reviews for the young man who assisted with this issue he showed the kind of maturity and adult skill. He gets more than 5 starts especially when working around...

The first they were missing a small drink so my papa went to pay for another bc it ddnt appear on the receipt They took his card walked away with it and brought it back with a different type of receipt that just said it was charged $5 not the item purchased. When he brought it back we compared to the first receipt that had a different small drink on it priced $1.69. We asked why we were charged $5 for something that was $1.69. The kid that helped seemed very apologetic and quick to fix the issue. He said the lady who took the card charged us for a medium blizzard. Shortly after are food came but my fries were missing once again the same kid was very apologetic and brought them out after a short while. After eating our papa ordered our ice creams. I came up there shortly after he ordered to stand with him. He seemed concerned and said Im pretty sure they gave one of my ice cream to someone else. This was confirmed when we asked the kid that handed us two of our 3 ice creams like it was the last one where our third ice cream was. We watched him go to the corner and asked the girl that made where it went and the began giggle and laugh with her mentioning "oh I gave it to the lady. I gave it to the wrong person." Read moreI'm furious with this dairy queen location! If i could give zero stars i would. The first time i visited this location, i ordered a blizzard that looked nothing like previous blizzards i have received from other locations. She handed me the blizzard melting and dripping down the sides, when i inquired about the blizzards appearance, she said that was just how it comes. NO it doesn't come like that, she was being lazy, didn't flip the blizzard because she knew she over blended it. But fine, so i try again on my lunch break today and i order cheese sticks through the drive thru, i pay promptly then the woman shuts the window and never returns, i waited 15 minutes with no one there! No cars in front or behind me, she forgot! I had to back up and speak through the speaker that you place your order in, finally after getting her attention a young girl answers the window and hands me my cheese sticks grinning, like its funny to provide terrible customer service. So, i ask her about a number to contact a manager, she tells me to go find it online. Very rude girl, rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders. When i left there absolutely enraged, i called the store to speak to a manager, the store won't answer. I really hope the owner of this location sees this review, and address good customer service skills with their team. I will not be returning to this...
