Wendy's — Restaurant in Winter Haven

I wish I could give this place no stars but unfortunately I have to give 1 to leave a review. This location is slow I waited in the drove through for 25 minutes on one day and I was the (ONLY) CAR when asked for sauce for mynuggets the worker gave me an attitude. On day two yesterday my fiance went in for a quick bit bcuz it was close to his job. He was in the drive through a good 30 minutes ig was the only thing open so he waited. They didn't give him his drinks. Then today after I got off work o decided it's day time it shouldn't be so bad. And my daughter really wanted nuggets so I decided fine I'll give them a 3rd and final chance. Unfortunately after 15 minutes of waiting in the drive through in a non moving line I decided I'm going to just go inside maybe that's better.... nope wrong. I went In a dn waited while the cashier fumbled around with the customer ahead I waited another 10 minutes. While we waited I noticed the workers joking and talking in the kitchen very loudly while the people in the drive through waited i have never seen people move so slow in my life. While waiting I noticed about 3 flus just flying around on the kitchen etc. And the dining area. Upon walking up to the register my flip flop and my daughter's got stuck to the very stick floor. It was nasty. They came off of course my daughter laughter but I was not. I went on an just ordered my food cuz my daughter really wanted it. Finally waited about 7 minutes for my food walked across the sticky floor to the soda machine that area was wet a mess and nasty I didn't even want to touch the machine.ill NEVER go to this restaurant ever again. Especially not with the nasty attirudes, lazy workers🙈 or dirty...

Overall I've been going to this place for many many years majority of the staff overall wonderful people but I guess today the devil thought he was going to mess with me they have this new GM that doesn't know what a GM is you have to have CR skills , I feel like she let her position cloud her head over people. Let me say that I understand that this is a business but when you've been going to a place for years even decades you have to have a heart for people as well you have to put yourself in their shoes and when I think of someone that cooks my food I think of them as family I got to trust you and care for you for you to touch my food this GM approach me didn't ask me how I was doing she just came up to me and was being very rude telling me that I would have to leave the business if I didn't buy food I go to this place every day. Never have any of the other employees or managers in this disrespectful I think this young lady needs to open up our eyes and learn more about being a GM because your main customers you trying to keep them don't be rude and disrespectful to me I have a lot going on in my life my legs are swollen and it's like Rosa Parks I sat there because I know I was going to eat and I needed to rest my feet I don't feel like I deserve to disrespect that she gave me and not even asking...

I love coming to get biscuits and gravy breakfast meals from Wendy's ,always have. Saturday the 18th as I am still sitting in the parking lot eating my meal that has cold biscuits and a drop of gravy, absolutely nothing like usual there are certain ones that weren't really hard and food service and delivery has never been this way. I asked for two cups of water to go with my meal and two spoons I was told to pull forward and they would be brought out, I also made sure the young lady heard me and they brought out my food with forks and no water. Unfortunately was another woman who did not know what was told to the cashier at the window so she went back in and got me one cup with two different meals. That's when I proceeded to tell her that we pull forward under the impression that they were going to have the order right when it was brought out being as though it was only 2 minutes later and that I needed two spoons and another water she never came back out. I know they have to get their time down and get us out of the drive-thru but if you're not going to correct the order and give a damn about service once we're out of your drive-thru then you shouldn't be opening and in the window dealing with customers because we are the ones that make Wendy's..
