Friendly staff, but things stopped there. All outside tables that were open were filthy with food. None clean (and lots of available tables. ) So we went inside. Husband got his beer right away, I had to remind staff when our food canne that I ordered a tea. Food was placed in front of us, and I had to remind staff that I ordered pico in the side. All of that could have been overlooked, but as I was eating my chicken taco, I kept trying bites of it, and spitting out the chicken. It tasted chewy and uncooked. My husband who has medical issues w his digestion, said a few times that his was good but spicy. (Not good for him.) I looked closely and noticed that waiter had given him MY green chili chicken tacos, and I had his mushroom taco. (So the chicken wasn’t undercooked… it was mushrooms!🥴 I hate mushroom! No wonder I couldn’t eat it. ) so now, he passed me what was left (less than 1 taco) So he had 3+ went home full but w tummy troubles, and I went home and cooked. And… not a single person circled around to ask how our food was. Lots of other places to choose from… pass...
Read moreEvery menu item is delicious. We had the guac, queso, a steak burrito, and a chicken quesadilla. The proteins were marinated and cooked perfectly. For the money, the burrito was the size of my head - with a solid helping of actual steak. Guac + and all veggies were fresh and tasty. It’s one of the few restaurants with a solid bar and a space you can hang in [with a huge patio] until 9-10p (depending on the season/day of the week). Drinks prices are great - $7 for a craft beer (some cocktails are a little pricier, but you can easily navigate). Bar tenders, esp Jack, are phenomenal - always friendly and attentive, make great drinks. Liquor selection is great, as well. SOLID breakfast options too - we’ve had breakfast burritos before from Terrain Taco and they were totally fresh with good quality eggs (PACKED with egg, not just 95%...
Read moreTerrain Taco was exactly what we were looking for after a fun day of skiing! We were lucky enough to meet the chef who was not only lovely to talk to, but also extremely helpful in navigating a gluten allergy (celiac). With 90% of the menu already being gluten free, this was a seamless experience! We got the steak tacos, Nashville hot tacos, queso, as well as the old fashioned and margarita. I would truly recommend every single dish and drink we got. The tacos were bold, unique, and absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfectly balanced. I will be dreaming of this spot and can’t wait to come...
