A VERY expensive Vegan FAST FOOD that charges +$30 for ONE full “meal” of highly processed and very GREASY food that made me sick 🤢🤮
If your looking for food that will make you feel good, have great energy, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. If your body is used to fast foods, processed food, greasy food, this is definitely a good place for you.
Heads up, if you are going to buy food for two it will be aprox +$70
I understand that “We need to support Vegan business” but I work hard for my money, I have a family to feed, I DONT like waisting my hard earned money, if I go out to eat with my family it’s because we are looking to have a good experience. I don’t want to end up shivering because the food doesn’t sit well with my stomach or having to pad down the food with a napkin due to the amount of oil leaking from the food.
The owners wife is the moderator of Orlando Vegans a Facebook page. And she said “BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE I SHOULD OPEN MY OWN RESTAURANT” excuse me ????
If you have a bad experience and share it in the Facebook page (as others have done) they will minimize your experience and keep pushing you to give them another try or minimize your experience because “they didn’t had the same experience as you”.
NOBODY is sharing their experience with bad intentions, but if we have a bad experience aren’t we allowed to share it or ask others if they have had the same experience?
A couple of days ago I asked on the Orlando Vegans Facebook page for recommendations for a good quality restaurant that had real food, nothing processed. The owners wife turned off the comments. Thankfully other restaurant owners wrote to me personally and respectfully to give me and my family options.
Even when having bad experience with their food I NEVER thought about leaving a review, but since the owners wife doesn’t want others to express themselves or ask recommendations. Here is my 100% honest and...
Read moreWill go back and try more next time I'm in the area, this is hands down my favorite burger! I think this used to be Jacked Up Tacos downtown but I never made it there. I'm really glad I did not miss them entirely as it's soo nice to have wfpb and vegan meals with lots of flavor and decent portion sizes. I used to live in a city that had gourmet black bean falafel burgers and loved the sloppy, tasty, very flavorful burgers and all their wild options - this place will fit that bill locally. Not wfpb since it's burger and fries but it's the BBQ beast burger with a vegano patty + bacun, and yucca fries. It was all very good and freshly hot, the burger a little spicy (not bad with no jalapenos) but it all was incredible and is sitting happily in my belly. Highly recommend and I hope this place continues to do well and grow, still have to try pizza and tacos/bowl/etc. Adding note that the staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful,...
Read moreThis is my first time eating from Jacked Up Vegan and it’s the best decision I made all week. I got the basic burger and jacked up fries. 10 out of 10. Everything was delivered and I was surprised that it was still warm when it arrived. The seasoned fries had grilled onions and a side of cheese sauce. They tasted as if they were homemade with love. The vegan burger was thoroughly seasoned and the flavor was delightful! I could taste the black beans and the plantains and other fresh ingredients. I added bacon to it, which was nice and crispy and took it to another level. The patty held up very nicely and did not fall apart, even down to my last bite. I’m eager to try other things on the menu but it will have to be after I order this bacon burger again. Kudos to the Jacked...
