At the speaker box for the drive thru, the young lady taking the order, Melanie, asked, "is that it" after every time I spoke. Her tone of voice came across as very impolite as if my ordering were inconveiniencing her. After letting her know the final item on my order, she then had to spend another 2 minutes asking me to repeat the order over bit by bit as she did not listen to any of it the first time around. Finally getting through that, the entire order still was not displayed on the screen, she informed me she would have the total at the window. I pull up to the window and another young lady, Nellie, held her hand out for my payment before letting me know the total. I handed her my card after asking her to let me know what it would be, she then rolled her eyes and disappeared from view, with my card. She came back and handed my card back. Several minutes later, Nellie handed us two identical drinks with no explaination as to which was which. I asked her, she gave some rude-tone reply repeating what we ordered. After that was sorted, the other girl Melanie returned to the window and basically thrust two bags out. I took them, looked in the bag and immediately saw three burgers and no fries(we ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe, a baconater combo, and a baked potato). I put the car in park and waited for them to open back up. I said, "we have a problem", she snatched the bags back in through the window and a gentleman, I am assuming a manager, came back and handed the bags back, no apology, not even a single word. Just an expressionless face and no words. I checked the bag again. Right count, but I am Not pleased with the size of the baconater at this location. I buy Wendy's at least once a week and have been to this one several times. I've had incidents both times and did not report it as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I will not be giving this place my business again as this is the third time I've had mistakes in the order and rudeness during the process of trying to make it right.
Let me also add, since my complaint on the Wendy's site, I've had two calls from the store and two from an employee there. So I'm supposed to continue to deal with the same rude people? What's the point in writing to the review...
Read moreDear heaven this place is something, I literally never give out bad reviews, but something in management has GOT to be fixed. Was at the drive through and it took around 46 seconds to have someone take our order whilst hearing random chattering over the intercom. Having experience in the fast food industry, I get it, but there was literally one person in front of us and in the morning, how it was this awful is beyond me. What I presume to be a new hire struggled slightly at taking an order as I could see certainly not what I was asking for appearing on screen and she couldn’t repeat the correct order back. Finally we were told to pull up all be it in a very rude voice, and when we got to the first window the lady told us to go to the second, which is extremely strange considering we hadn’t been cashed out. Well the person in front of us was still there, we could not move and she repeated this around 4 times before noticing. We then pulled up, and the first question we got asked was were we even cashed out, we told them no, they proceeded to leave us there and go back into the store swearing loudly. We would then go back and forward attempting to correct the order, which she then took our card, and we waited for another minute or two. We got our food, and left noticing we had a bit of extra food then we asked somehow, and decided to not even bother. Very disorganized, very unfriendly staff, extremely disappointed. Read moreI have been to this specific Wendy's a handful of times and never once had a good experience. My first visit I ordered a 4 for 4 and when I arrived home I only had 3 nuggets, nothing major but not a good first visit. Second visit i was with company and ordered a few things, after they handed us all the bags we had to ask for the full food as there were multiple nuggets and burgers missing, this was for 4 people. The third time it was me and my gf, we ordered a 4 for 4 and a chicken sandwhich. They kept my credit card and I had to ask for it back as they seem to have forgot. They asked us to pull up as the sandwich was not ready, a few min later we were holding up the line and had to park and wait. 10 min I tried to go in and complain but the doors were locked for construction, I stood outside the drive through for 5 more min asking for my the remainder of my order and I finally got the chicken sandwich almost 25 full min after ordering with multiple cars getting served in between. The last time and most recent they told me to pull up after I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget and they didnt even put it in. I had been asked about 4 different orders and they had to put it back in while I had to wait again. These multiple visits were at least 3 weeks apart so it seems this specific Wendy's seem to be consistent with this...
