Went in at 7:30 a.m. line wasn't that long and they had like 8 people behind the counter. I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich and two bagels with extra butter and a doughnut. They said they couldn't put extra butter on it but on the side. I said no prob. When I got the bagels they were cold and had no butter at all, not even in the bag. The kid didnt even call out the order or the nymber so no one knew which order was which, he just said "here's...this." They forgot my doughnut, and I had to go back for it, where they handed it to me bare handed, not even in a little bag and the kid looked at me funny when I asked for the little bag. Get all the way to work, and the sandwich was the driest hardest most burnt hockey puck ever. You'd think the morning commute would be where Dunks excels and would want to be on their game at their prime time with five customers and 8 employees. Gave them my business so I could have a warm breakfast and all I was able to eat was my ice...

There's one on every corner and Boston's entire livelihood, hopes and dreams rests on its citizen's ability to have DD. My word. The latte I got was perfection. The froth, the sweetness, the coffee, everything. The chorizo wrap was perfectly heated evenly all the way through. When I unwrapped my husband's turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin it resembled the image you'd see in the advertisements. Perfect, fluffy, cheesy, not greasy. However, my experience may be skewed because just 30 mins before we were closing up our pop up camper and getting muddy and soaked along with all our stuff. So having hot coffee and food was absolute heaven. This DD hit the spot. Chefs kiss! 5 out of 5 stars. I can't say anything about the employees service as I had a mobile order and just walked in and grabbed it. But they make some amazing...

I was about to complain about how that blonde lady treated me the other day and I see one guy is already complaining about her...yah I agree with my fella driver she is very rude with the drivers..I can be a potential customer also but please the way she's doing is so wrong....bad customer service for the apps driver please get better...at least give us the information about the order...I will teach you if you need help...you don't need to smile for me, just says sir. The order is not ready...give me another 3 or 4 minutes...or say we are busy at the moment the order will be ready in 5 minutes...but no...she not even look at your face....like I say please make your job and I will do my...and everybody...
