QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Woburn

I usually like Qdoba, but the service at this location has really gone downhill the past few times I've gone. No one greets you, they just stand and wait for you to order.

I usually get the nachos with the queso diablo. They used to put so much cheese that I wouldn't have enough chips. This time, it was a couple of scoops that maybe filled just a tad over a 1/4 of the bowel. I get it topped with either pulled pork or steak, usually a decent amount. The past couple of times, it's been skimpy at best. I only get sour cream and a little lettuce and it was like sour cream was in high demand with the measly drizzle.

The woman serving me was not friendly. She seemed annoyed that she had to come help when the guy (who I'm guessing is new) didn't know how to put cheese in a bowl. I got lots of chips during this visit. They were very heavy on the lime and salt, but at least not stale like they have been the past couple of visits.

I've tried going back in hopes that people were just having a bad day. Not sure if management has recently changed, but they need to institute some serious customer service training, and stop skimping. The nachos cost $9. I should have just made my own for that price and...

I was excited to be able to create my own thing. The woman behind the counter started off with my wrap and then put hardly any chicken on it. I only wanted chicken and the queso cheese sauce. The woman didnt add chicken. 2nd time I requested she asked her cashier if she could add she said no too. At my request the 3 time it got to the point that I told her I didn't want anything. I sat down while my friend ate and checked the franchise recipe. Its 4oz of chicken and additional cost but possible to add more chicken. The item I requested was $8 had about 15 small squares of chicken not 4oz at all. I asked a manager to recognise the websites recipe and "add on policy". She then took my order and again refused to give me a my food, as requested, on a wheat wrap because she thought Id dislike it. I instead recieve a bit more chicken loaded loaded with melted shredded cheese on a white wrap and no queso sauce and a wheat wrap on the side. I had to get up and go ask for queso sauce and dig through my wad of cheese to find the chicken. I was livid. On the bright side. The manager was polite, I didn't have to pay and the wheat wrap was good even...

We visited this yesterday evening for a quick dinner. We are vegetarians and got 2 veggies bowls. My wife found something in her bowl. I checked with the ladies who prepared the bowl for us and they told us that it was a piece of chicken bone! Thankfully she didn’t bite on it and get hurt! Nobody seemed to care that we got a piece of bone in our VEGGIE bowl. It was so disgusting. The don’t care attitude and laughing on this fact only added to the frustration. Also, we were really rushed when getting the bowl and the service was not good. We have no clue how the bone landed in the veggie bowl. Dont know what else can be in there. All vegetarians going here please be aware and alert. I dont know if eating bone is a normal thing but if this is not, everyone please be alert!

UPDATE : The admins took this review in consideration which we really appreciate. (Hence updated the rating) They had also provided an email where we could reach out and further discuss this. They concluded our discussion by sending us 2 coupons for QDOBA. We hope to enjoy the food again in future without any...
