Big Shots Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Not handicap accesible, they only offerhigh tables and chairs. Unless you are a party of 6 or more (COVID) then you can reserve and utilize their sofa lounge areas. Although the manager, Mike allowed us to sit in the sofa area, he was stern about us only being able to sit there for 2 hours. 🙄. When a large party arrived he sat them in the lounge area right next to ours (same amount of seating, 8). However, that was not enough for the party of 13+ that was constantly growing. we knew our time, was ticking, and almost on cue, Mike, came over and asked us to leave. because he needed to accomidate the party that had reservations. When we reminded him that we also had reservations he said, unfortunately ur not seated in the correct area for a party of 2.

We just left after we had to send the bill back 5xs for being over charged with extra food and drinks. we setted our 160+ tab and left. on our way out my friend reminded Mike about ADA LAWS AND HE SHRUGGED HER OFF AS IF HE DID NOT HAVE TO ACCOMIDATE MY DISABILITY.

I GAVE 3 STARS BECAUSE THE FOOD AND DRINKS WERE VERY GOOD. WAITRESS WAS TERRIBLE. MANAGEMENT DID HIS JOB OF CARING MORE FOR THE BIGGER TABLE AND NOT THE PARTY OF 2. CLEANING STAFF WAS OVER WORKED. HOWEVER, SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, THE ONLY FRIENDLY PERSON WE ENCOUNTERED IN THE ENTIRE PLACE.

My part of the bill was $86 thats what I signed for but my card was charged $104. I left a xash tip so IDK WHERE THE EXTA $20+ CAME FROM. BEWARE OF YOUR CHARGES!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! This is the most ghetto unfair spot you can ever find. I was using the bathroom a random girl started arguing with me. The ONLY FEMALE manager who refused to give me her name but heard from a customer say her name is supposedly MELISSA kicked me & my friend out & left the other girl inside to enjoy herself while I did absolutely nothing wrong. I then told her that I needed to close my tab. She did not allow me to enter back in and I understand since she discriminated me by kicking me out but leaving the other girl inside. Another girl WHO SHE KNEW started talking negatively to me and my friend. The manager did NOTHING about it. She allowed the other girl inside because the other girl is a regular. We got kicked out unjustly, weren’t allowed to go back in to get our card and were discriminated because we’re not regulars at this spot. I’ve been to many spots in Jersey, NY, PA and all around I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this. This was my first & LAST time I ever give them my business & I will be advising all my family & friends to NEVER give this spot any business. FYI the “business owner” responded saying they have no manager named Melissa but she is the only female manager & is the female w shoulder length dark hair. I can’t emphasize enough that this was my WORST experience at a restaurant/bar thanks to the unprofessional management...

Flat out disgusting. I will never again waste a dime at this racists beat down bar. My BLACK boyfriend and I came by last night dressed like we were going to the club in NYC. Super clean and trendy. Both of our jeans were ripped (which is in style right now). My BLACK boyfriend was refused entry because his jeans were ripped but in the same breath that the bouncer denied my BLACK boyfriend entry he allowed some white man with basketball shorts and dusty sneakers entry. I said to the bouncer jokingly and also seriously that "ripped jeans are in right now and that pretty much all jeans are made with rips right now. " His response was "I'm wearing $200 jeans and they're not ripped." LOL! First and foremost, he denied my BLACK boyfriend access for "ripped jeans" aka being BLACK and then he proceed to be rude and lie to me about his ugly jeans. No one wearing $200 jeans will be bouncing at a NJ sports bar on a Friday night. Again, the security is unprofessional and blatantly racist. We came to drink and spend money, probably more money than the white guy with dirty sneakers and basketball shorts. Your loss Big Shots.
