Alright, listen up, folks! If you're in the mood for a burrito that'll knock your socks off faster than a turnpike toll booth, you gotta hit up Bubbakoo's Burritos. Specifically, their Pineapple Express Burrito – it's like a vacation for your taste buds without having to deal with TSA.
This bad boy is packed with crispy chicken tossed in Gochujang sauce. Now, I don't know who Gochujang is, but he sure knows how to throw a party in a burrito. Add your choice of rice, and here comes the kicker – their new Pineapple Salsa! It's like the Garden State met Hawaii and decided to make magic together. The sweetness of the pineapple, the kick of the Gochujang, all wrapped up like a present you didn't know you needed. Pure bliss.
And let’s not forget the staff. These guys are friendlier than your neighbor who always shovels your driveway before you wake up. They make you feel like family – the good kind, not the kind you avoid at Thanksgiving. Always ready to help you navigate the menu or crack a joke while you wait.
So, do yourself a favor: roll on down to Bubbakoo's and grab the Pineapple Express Burrito. Your taste buds will thank you, and you'll leave with a smile as big as the...
Read moreWhen I walked into the empty store there was a female employee loudly complaining to a male employee about someone and something. It already seemed like a red flag walking into bad vibes, to add to that the male employee acknowledged me only to say they have a few big orders and won't be able to help me until they've finished with them. As I waited I had time to look at the state of the metal containers in the heating area that were holding all the meats and rice, beans, cheese etc. All looked crusty, dry and like they've been sitting for a while. Then I looked around their work space they would be cooking all the food in and there looked to be a lot of trash and clutter. It was enough that I just felt unwelcomed and concerned for the quality of food that would eventually be provided. I had to walk away, it seemed like the staff don't want customers and almost annoyed they have to work there. I love bubbakoos but this location doesn't seem to have the quality or care in their food, store, or workers. It's a shame this is the closest location to me. I highly recommend the Clark location..night and day with the entire...
Read moreI'm wondering where all these 5 stars came from. First time trying this restaurant and it will definately be my last. The entire encounter was a complete disaster. They don't have a menu board, so if this is your first time going good luck trying to figure out what to order. The food was bland to the point where it was not edible. My daughter and I ordered the bowls, we went around lunch time and they were out of chicken and ground beef. The rice was overcooked, mushy and flavorless. They didn't bother to even put basic salt and pepper on the steak. I mean what a disappointment and waste of money! They have the same person running the cash register handling the food, like what is that? I asked for a straw the server told me to sip from the spout....um what? Do you know how many hands touch those spouts throughout the day? Then on top of all that, the manager came out of nowhere and started yelling at the employees for not preparing the food correctly while the restaurant is filled with customers. How unprofessional!...
