Cinnabon — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

ZERO STARS! I recently walked into Cinnabon eager to try that green smoothie and a gentleman who looks south american with a Mohawk gave me soo much attitude I should of ask him for his name but his energy was so off I had to walk away I didn't even want to buy anything from this store! It's sad because i actually like cinnabon but he wasn't very welcoming! Mind you there is NOBODY there soo you would think ok, he's having a bad day like everyone has NO! He gets defensive the minute you ask him a question! He clearly doesn't know how to adapt and lacks customer service skills...I dont know why you work at a business but don't want anyone asking you questions? It doesn't make sense...especially if you work behind the counter! This isn't the first time he's done this so it's becoming a issue. There are soo many people who dont even have a job right now...this guy has a job and he just gives off a dark cloud vibe and it's not nice too other customers...we don't deserve that!! I hope cooperate looks into...

I was at woodbridge location yesterday and first of all the guy at the counter was busy in his ph and completely ignored me. After that he was rushing into my order and i was not even done yet he started to take orders from other customers. Well i was being polite and waited but tired from work so asked him that i would like to pay. The worst is when he took my card i saw these big cuts on his index finger which looks like fresh wound ( that was just disgusting 😕. ..and he didnt even wear gloves while picking up my order. )...i had to throw cinnabons out and never going back ..As probably he could be baking too with those cuts and bleeding fingers....thank u and...

Today I was on the phone with my daughter while she was there at the mall picking up Cinnabons for me and for our family. One of the cashiers was complaining about her being on the phone to her manager. There was obviously Poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism i want to say i used to work in Woodbridge mall and that type of behavior wasn't tolerated. The cashier was clearly impatient and rude. On top of that i spent 27$ on stale buns . I would give you a zero if i could . All it takes is one establishment to make the mall look bad . ...
