Arby's — Restaurant in Woodbury

Not sure what happened here. We have been coming here for decades and usually could come to expect a pretty decent meal here. After we we had for lunch today, I'm not sure we'll come back. We each got the 2 for $7 deal and mine was the 6 piece chicken nugget and roast beef and cheddar. At least that's what I thought I ordered. The nuggets looked like something from the kids meal and I was thinking "where's the beef" with the sandwich. I questioned the little size of the nuggets, some of which were the size of a quarter and the guy at the counter said that's the way they are now. Well, they better change the picture of the nuggets then because mine didn't even fill the cup halfway. The same with the thin line of roast beef in the sandwich. Its like they cut the portions in half. If that's how its going to be from now on. I don't see us coming back. It's too bad as this was one of our favorite fast food restaurants. It takes a lot for me to give a fast food restaurant a five start review but I feel like this Arby’s has earned it. We have come to this location about every other week for the past few months and their customer service is always above and beyond. Unlike other fast food places the employees here seem to enjoy their jobs. What I saw tonight however is what really made me want to write a review. An older gentleman pulled to far forward in the parking lot and damaged his front bumper. Two employees were in the parking lot trying to help with one of the employees actually laying on the ground trying to secure his bumper back so he could make it safely home. The store really went above and beyond when they could have easily just given them a phone number for corporate and walked away. We will continue to come back...

I visited this location today and Steven was the most wonderful fast food employee I have ever encountered. Diligent, upbeat, precise. I even encountered him delivering meals for an elderly customer sitting down so she didn’t have to get up, during a rush. The line was into the next parking lot and the inside line was no better. He made sure easy customer had their meal and had what they needed, no matter how busy he was. If it was me behind that counter, you’d find me in the fetal position crying. He even handled a sassy rude customer with grace. I absolutely loved Steven. This was my first Arby’s experience and I was very impressed with the manager.
