I really enjoy Bruegger's Bagels. Every Friday morning I purchase a big bagel bundle for my family. I have the app and there are deals that are automatically added to it on regular basis. I typically have good service but have had some issues with an employee and I believe he is a manager. I asked why he didn't use my coupon and he said I didn't ask....uh, I had the coupon at the top of the screen you scanned. It was only $2 but I have had multiple issues with getting proper discounts with the app. Rather than give me the $2 he told me to call customer service so they could handle it. Uh, so I paid cash and I would like my coupon discount but I have to call customer service to get a refund...exactly how would they give me $2 over the phone? I I really like the bagels as do my kiddos. I just wish the customer service was a bit better overall. However, there is an awesome lady that really provides excellent customer service in the morning. She has had issues getting the app to pull up the necessary information to give the discounts and she just does the right thing for the customer so they are happy with their purchase. I know this is long but if there is another location or bagel shop near your area you be a better customer experience elsewhere. Anyway 5 stars for food, 2 stars...
Read moreI visited this location on Friday, July 22nd at around 8:45am. The cashier (heavy set woman dark hair with glasses) walked away when it was my turn to place an order. I stood there awkwardly waiting and embarrass as other costumers noticed as well as I did she had left me behind completely ignored after glaring at me and walked away without saying a word. A few minutes past and she came back and asked do you need anything in a not so friendly tone of voice, I said yes I would like to order something to what she replied we have a long line of people waiting for orders right now, I responded so are you telling me you have stopped taking orders at this time because you are too busy? She quickly got very defensive and said well no, but you have to wait for too long if you order anything. At this point I knew I was not welcome here and she was denying service to me for being a minority (brown skin woman), and I was not going to get anywhere. I have never been humiliated to this extend, or felt racism to this level. I walked away across the hall to order from Caribou instead. I will never visit this location again. I hope people of color read this review, and not visit this location as I would hate for anyone to experience the racism and humiliation I...
Read moreOn 9/27/25-- the food itself is five stars , and I think the employees have improved from a year ago and are very helpful, but I have to give a two star review because their prices are higher than average. I went to Bruegger's today and ordered a Herbie Turkey. The sign said $7.99, but the register said I owed about $10.60 or $10.70 or so. I know taxes aren't that high. We got to the bottom of the issue-- their prices increased but they hadn't updated the prices listed in the restaurant yet, so they honored the $7.99 price, which I appreciated. But, sometime soon, it sounds like Bruegger's is doing a large price increase, which really isn't fair. I understand inflation, but just to give Bruegger's an idea of how unfair their new prices are, here is a quote from the Jimmy John's menu. It's my favorite item that has DOUBLE meat and cheese and is 8" long-- #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN $10.99 DOUBLE SALAMI, DOUBLE CAPOCOLLO & PROVOLONE, Jimmy Peppers®, oil & vinegar, onion, lettuce, tomato & mayo.
So, Bruegger's is planning on charging about the same price as this, when the Herby Turkey doesn't have double meat & cheese and a bagel is significantly smaller than an 8" sub. The subs that have the regular amount of meat &...
