Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Woodbury

We ordered a reg and large sub Mike's way plus pickles and banana peppers. We drove 5 miles home . By the time we got home the outer bag was leaking through, the sandwich wrap fell apart. I wish I spoke up and said lite on sauce stop stop stop.The bread was no longer edible it was a sponge soaked so bad it fell apart as I unwrapped it. I tried eating the sponge soaked bread.I had kaiser rolls at home that I was able to remove meat and lettuce shake the liquid out of it to put on new bread. I never had this disaster happen at a Jersey Mike's. He bathed the sandwich so wet it was wetter than any French dip sandwich I ever ate. This guy was an absolute nut. First of all, I love jersey mike's and there subs. But, the service at this location couldn't be any worse. I understand it was a little busy, but I had to wait 15 minutes before I even placed my order and that isn't even the worst part. I told the employee I wanted a giant 43 and they made me a regular 43. (I wanted a giant because I'm at work on my break and I'm HUNGRY.) Plus waiting at the register to be rung up was terrible. My sandwich was sitting there for almost 5 minutes while they focused on other customers orders, just ignoring me. The cashier even started ringing up the customer behind me, while I stood there with my money in hand. The last few times we ordered delivery from here they forgot our cookies. I was next door this morning giving my dog a bath at pet evolutions so I thought I'd stop in there and get the cookies they shorted us. Their were two gals working and the older one had a snide remark about how many times we've called about shortages. I felt like ripping into her and telling her maybe you should double check the orders before sending them out but I didn't. Attention upper management, if you read this maybe you should have a talk with her. We probably order once a week from here but possibly not anymore.
