Try to make poor mans bigmac. They charge for shredded lettuce and special sauce.

Had just switch to lunch. Frys not really warm. Seriously need to go back to 1989 frys.

Employees dont smile much. Just stand around.

This is a brand new building. They should went with coke cola new machine that allows over 100 drinks mixtures.

They like to throw away the news papers.

Update. They seriously need to have employees clean the tables and floors. Its always messy and not clean. They should be wiping thw tables after ever use. Not once a hour or so so

Also, tge medium drink and medium frys that make a meal a combo is all differebt pruces. Base on which meal deal u do you make pay between $1.89 to $2.99 to make it a combo. Total bs. Lowering it a star because of these issues

New update. A med drink ia 1.19 but a large ice tea is 1.19 while a soda is much more. Bith are same cup. What the F? When i tried to explain it to the employees they didnt understand. Part of that problem is this mickydees is most illegals working

If a sign says a price for an item. You ahould HONER it. Not give excuses to thw customers. Place has swriuosly...

I went to this McDonald’s with my kids after placing a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. We decided to go inside instead, and that’s where things went downhill.

I stood for about 10 minutes while employees walked by without acknowledging me. When someone finally came up, their first words were, “Do you need something?” — not exactly a welcoming way to greet a customer.

I explained that I had a mobile order and wanted to pick it up inside. Instead of helping, the employee told me I’d need to “change it on the app.” I handed him my phone to show him the order, and after sighing and walking away to the back, he eventually returned with the food.

Later, someone in our group ordered a Diet Coke through the app. An employee shouted, “Did someone order a Diet Coke?” and then handed them an empty cup, saying, “I’m gonna let you fill that up.”

I understand being busy, but courtesy and professionalism are basic expectations. Just the night before, I went to a Chick-fil-A that was even busier, and their staff was polite, efficient, and welcoming. This McDonald’s was the opposite experience.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Serving customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience to the staff...

We ordered a coke, and a combo meal that comes WITH A DRINK. On the screen it had the coke I ordered and the combo meal that comes with a drink.. I get to the second window after paying and we didn’t get another coke.. so we asked the man at the window, and he asked a woman wearing a nice purple buttoned up shirt and she said “a drink doesn’t come with the combo meal” but a drink always comes with a combo meal. So she said we had to pay for another drink and when we tried to tell her it wasn’t right she started yelling at us. So we just paid for the second coke. Then after we paid she asked if we wanted the change??? Excuse me?! She was very rude and she should get talked to about her attitude and the fact that she not only got us to pay for another drink, she had the audacity to ask if we wanted OUR CHANGE. When we parked to eat, my mom checked the receipt online and we did in fact order the drinks we asked for and we were told that “we didn’t order the drink”. Also our drinks didn’t even come with ice either. Very poor service. The purple button up middle aged lady should be talked to about her attitude, and the fact that she tried to “take” our change AND lied about us not ordering...
