Starbucks — Restaurant in Woodbury

Haven’t had a problem with this place until the last couple of days in a row. Yesterday stopped in and ordered a caramel macchiato. When I took a sip, was disappointed as it was like there was no syrup added and was very bland tasting. Tried stirring it up because I thought maybe it was all sitting at the bottom, but still tasted the same. So this morning just stopped in again and ordered the same drink, but asked for an extra pump of syrup to be added. Well, got the drink and it is the same as yesterday. Very bland flavor. If I wanted a plain-tasting coffee I would have just made one at home and saved the money. I can understand one mistake, but two days in a row and when I specifically asked for more flavor is not acceptable to me. I've been going to this Starbucks for years and they always consistently make great drinks. All the staff is friendly.

But the real reason for this review is to give a shout out to Natalie. I'm not sure if she's a manager. But she's been there for a long time and she goes out of her way to remember people's names and drink orders. It's like she really cares and I feel like that probably means more to people then she realizes. You never know when one small gesture like that will have an impact on someone's day! It's the personal touch so many places are missing these days. So kudos to Natalie for making people feel like they matter even if it's just while...

I was here last Saturday around 10–11 in the morning, I don’t go out getting coffee a lot but that day I felt like I needed one. There was already a line when I got there but it didn’t phase me too much. I ordered a small iced white chocolate mocha, and when I got up to the window the current employee had a really bad attitude? My card started declining so I tried it again confused as to why it wasn’t working. I pulled into the parking lot instead and checked to see how much the drink was, and it was charging me $11 for a small coffee??? I don’t know if there was a mix up of orders or something but I left without my coffee. Probably won’t be going to that...
