As a writer currently running away from their writing, there are few distracting-pleasures quite so succinct as a good sub. "You can't get good subs at a Subway," you say--well, dear reader, that's where you're wrong. Rolled in for my Usual and had a pleasant chat with an employee while they made probably the best version of my Usual that I've ever had (tall, bleached curls, wearing a mask with a Japanese(?) character on it that's probably from an anime I have neglected to watch, also wearing very cute earrings (mismatching!! love that!!) from some sort of video game/online series/show that I vaguely recognized but not well enough to name it.) They gave me a good amount of jalapeños, first time in a year of this Usual that I've been slid enough--can you pay them more for that? I must emphasize again, that in a year of ordering the same sandwich over and over again, this is the first time this sandwich has ever looked perfect. 10/10, would come back again. If I hadn't used Maps, I wouldn't have been able to find this location, but am glad I did--it's quiet and clean, with a table and benches outside to sit and eat if you wanted, faces south and gets...

Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. Online app ordering said offline for this store location. We wanted the $6.99 any footlong sub special. I asked in the store if there was a price over ride to honor a problem that was not my doing. No they said. App prices only. I do customer service and in any job I've ever had there's always a satisfaction over ride available. This needs to be fixed. Not only that the two other girls there left who I believe might be a new girl there on her own as they went to the back room. Not cool. Very disappointed. I haven't had subway in years and was looking forward to it for something different. Guess I'll keep going to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike's from now on. For what it's worth the new girl...
