Ok. Let me be honest and fair here. The gentleman up front, who is taking orders and making the food. I think he genuinely means well, I really want to give him the benefit of the doubt. We seem to have hit it off, chatting back n forth. He is very outgoing. However, That doesn’t mean he gets a pass on making the customers food with such carelessness and incompetence. Again, cool personality. Full of energy. Making each other laugh. But man. The food was cold! He even mentioned heating up the tortillas, which doesn’t even feel like he did. Maybe for like 5 seconds. Im just going to assume TikTok is behind his short attention span. For 2, he didn’t get any of my order right. At all. The amount of rice he put in each taco. I’m talking about a tablespoon, if that (maybe even a teaspoon) of rice, to spread amongst 3 tacos. I quickly spoke up, which he responded with “People don’t like when I put too much rice in their food.” And totally brushed off my request. Strange. He didn’t put any beans or salsa. Or sour cream. I asked for guacamole, which, he did inform me it was extra, and that is fine with me… But are the beans extra? Is the corn extra? Does the rice cost extra? For what I’m paying, one would expect a plate when decent portions. Along with some tortillas kept in foil (hey! They stay hot in foil!Who would’ve known!?) Im truly beside myself at how anyone can logically continue to support this place. It’s a lose-lose. I don’t have nothing bad to say about staff, they were all just doing their jobs, but cmon now chipotle! For $13.60(plus a tip) all’s I get is 3 tortillas with puny portions, all smushed together like a package for the mail man. Cold. I did however, go back and make a request to get some beans and veggies. I was met with a passive aggressive attitude. A slight tone “did you need something?” “Yes. These portions are hilariously small! I’m trying to get a little full” I said. “You should have said something while he’s making your food.” She explained, while correcting his mistakes and serving me up the beans. True. But how can I when he doesn’t listen worth a damn?!?! For the sake of the business, I would HIGHLY recommend this guy on the cash register instead. Or not. It doesn’t matter much to me because I will never step foot inside a chipotle ever again, I swear to that. Yes, that’s “chipotle “ with a...

Just when you think it couldn't get any worse, Chipotle proves they can indeed sink to new lows. The counter was filthy. All touch surfaces were greasy, and there was food splattered everywhere. The payment POS system was so grimy I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole. They made us wait eight minutes for raw fajita veggies.
We wanted to speak with the manager, and someone named Eric came out. He seemed utterly unbothered when I showed him the dirt and grime, including the unsanitary food prep stations. He was dismissive and rude, essentially telling us to leave because he had "better things to do in the kitchen." He completely ignored the cleanliness issues. Then, he mocked us by miming typing in the air, saying, "Go write a review or complain on the website."
I can't believe this location is still functioning despite so many bad reviews. Chipotle should either close this location or retrain their staff. We wasted our money and got insulted in return. I will never patronize them again.
Update: 8-16-2024 Soggy mess!
I just received my Chipotle order and it was a complete disaster. The food was so incredibly soggy that it leaked through the bag, making a huge mess. It was inedible. This is completely unacceptable. I'm so disappointed and frustrated.
Origibal Review: They were randomly closed the past two times I went. They took online orders and made me drive all the way to their store only to see a "closed" sign attached to their door. I could see some of staff inside. They came out and didn't even apologize for inconvenience. They just shrugged their shoulders and told is to go to a different location if we...
Read moreUpdate: I made the below review 2 months ago and I went back today, hoping for change. This location is still disgusting. Every single table is covered in food, as is the food counter and the check out area. I just left without food, it’s ridiculous, I want to feel confident that my food is going to be properly handled and safe to eat. If they can’t keep the dining room clean I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Where’s the concern for cleanliness? If I had ever left tables dirty like that in the food service job I worked at, I would’ve been eventually fired.
Original review: This is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever seen. I have been here once before and it was gross, but I figured maybe it was a bad day. NOPE! This is apparently standard. The employee side of the counter is disgusting, guac, beans, rice everywhere! When they wrap your burrito they get whatever is on the counter all over the foil. Even the checkout area is unacceptable, beans, cheese, and lettuce all over. I didn’t even have guac in my order and the top of my burrito bowl was smeared in guac and whatever else. Ick.
There were two people in front of me, one was getting checked out the other was waiting to order. It took so long to check the first guy out that the second left. With no one in front of me it still took 5-6 minutes to get my order made and paid for. It wasn’t busy and they were fully stocked up front.
Staff looks miserable and isn’t friendly. There was a used glove on the floor that the employees just kept...
