I don't like to write negative reviews but let me tell you a story and each individual person can judge if I am justified in doing so.
I walked into this Jamba Juice, great location in the heart of Woodinville. I walk up to the counter to three employees having a conversation. I stand in front of the counter in the place I assume you place an order. One of the employees was clearly ending their shift and was talking to the other employee still by the counter (the other had left). I sat listening to these two talk for a good two minutes thinking surely they would greet me to help me out. This was not so, in fact the one who was leaving looked at me like I was a nuisance for interrupting their conversation... Eventually the girl who was left at the counter took my order and I eventually received the smoothie I had ordered (waiting a long time while my wife who had just gotten out of dental surgery waited). Not a bad smoothie, I don't go to Jamba Juice often so I had nothing to compare it to.
Long story short, among the top 3 worst customer services I have experienced in my life. Fair warning to avoid this place if you are not fond of this kind of...
Read moreI came in this afternoon and was one of three people inside of the lobby. The other two were a couple and ordered together where as I was next in-line. At no point did the staff acknowledge me. No one said ‘thanks for your patience, we’ll be right with you..’ In the most honest tone— I actually asked the staff if I should leave. After five minutes of standing in front of them they still have not even made eye contact with me. They then said ‘well we’re kind of slammed here’.. in a very snotty tone. Both workers: one very feminine had a ponytail name starts with an E the other had very short hair and wore a hat, neither of them acknowledged my existence. Eventually the one with the hat looked at me and walked away, while the other reluctantly took my order. I was one of three people in the building. If having three people in the building is slammed, you have a problem and you need to do some more training...
Read moreFirst and last time I will patronize this Jamba. Store is dirty! Visited Saturday afternoon and all three team members appear to be miserable. No one smiles, no one greets or says hello. We stood at the register for almost 10 minutes all while not a single person spoke to us. Finally one dark haired girl stood at the register and just looked at us. Said nothing! Not hello, not what can I get you, nothing! I ordered a bowl and she literally rolled her eyes! Yes, I know bowls take longer to make. Apparently this annoyed her visibly. Entire time we were there not one team member spoke to anyone or each other and everyone looked miserable to be there. How does a business franchisee owner accept this as a level of service....
