It's a good Arby's. Foods fresh, and they will make it your way. The vanilla shake is my weakness. Update 02/05/24 We ordered some food, but today sucked. Asked for a large vanilla shake with some chocolate drizzle, but of course they were out of the chocolate, but they could still make a small chocolate milkshake, makes no sense. Also they gave us a medium shake instead of large and we paid for a large shake. Almost $6 bucks and they ripped us off on a stupid shake size. The beef and cheddar was cold and did not taste right, tasted old and the beef was tuff to chew. The fry’s were all brunt and hard as a rock. Arby’s sauce was runny and looked like the water that settles on top of the ketchup. We live close to teller 1 and it’s not like you can just take it back most times. Im more upset that they dogged us on a stupid vanilla shake. You pay for something and you want you pay for. No chocolate but yet could still make chocolate shakes. I hate to say it the other fast food places up here are far better than Arby’s and way way way cheaper. Not sure what happened to this place but tired of being ripped off over what sizes you order. Pic of the medium shake they gave us and called it a large

Great location. Easy to get to. There were a few problems. The curly fries were over cooked. The roast beef sand paper was ripped and the cheese sauce was all over the place. Almost impossible to eat. They should really consider how the customer will eat the sandwich. It's one thing to be fast. It's another to produce something that's edible.

Such great food! My food was taking awhile so they upgraded me to a large, the staff is very friendly and there is a very beautiful girl who works here. I will definitely be coming back to this store when I’m in Woodland Park.

Regrettably, they've been closing earlier than advertised on the days AFTER the Denver Broncos score a touchdown in a game. I work long hours, 14-16 hours on most days while in the Metro Denver area... sometimes traveling statewide.. sometimes out of state. Frequently at a nursing home or hospice. I can no longer bop over to this Arby's, formerly my Fave in the USA. The staff is wonderful. However, lately as I've already mentioned, they're drive thru is already blocked off by the time I get there and it's BEFORE their Online stated closing time. O, well, In-N-Out Burger on N. Wadsworth, here I come! It's not Arby's beef and cheddar, but their fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh!! A real boone in my opinion. I'd like to try the newest BBQ sandwich.. However, I need a true, reliably open later place with hot food that I enjoy at a reasonable price, as most my work is volunteer or for low-income folks at a bare minimum sliding fee basis. In fact, I am using my own low-income to cover my work expenses. Arby's has started to make me wonder if I am one of the folks who fall through the cracks. CSaA works tirelessly to prevent this from happening to folks, critters and the environment. Thanks bunches for listening. I feel much better now. Even if y'all have run out of the roast beef needed for my Fave sandwiches, please stay open till your posted closing time. I'd order something else for sure! Hey, when I'm hungry, I'm...

Sept 17, 2025 My wife and I stopped in for a sandwich, we have never been to this location and it looked new.

We walked in and the lady at the register had a cigarette in her hand, I think she was trying to fix the system. The guy manager was dancing behind her. Neither of them said welcome to Arby’s and sorry for the wait.

Finally the lady left with the cigarette, and the dancing manger did not greet us just stared.

My wife said are you ready to take my order? He nodded.

I was a millisecond from walking out.

We made our order and he gave us our cups for our drinks.

The odd thing is he put his fingers on the lip of the cup and inside the cup.

Then we go to get kids and it looked someone tossed them in the bin.

The soda machine sprayed soda everywhere and my wife cleaned it up the best she could.

Oh there’s more, one of the cooks who I saw walking in the afternoon he has wearing his Bluetooth speaker on his shoulder along with his kettle backpack.

The food was ok, but I was not happy this go around.

Customer service was not a...
