Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Woodland Park

We pick up a pizza about twice a month! The online order is always ready on time, the order is correct, and the employees always greet us when we arrive to pickup! This is a busy location, and the place remains neat, tidy, clean, and the employees always have smiles!

Update June 2

The employee that made the pizza was very nice and helpful. The manager manning the cash register was extremely rude. This was the first time I had a negative experience at this location. We come about twice a month, so I did not want to knock the rating too low.

Update July 2023:

My faith has been restored in this location. I had a rough experience in June, but the attitudes and professionalism were amazing in my most recent experience....in addition- great tasting pizza AND tried the calzone.

Update February 2024:

Thought I would be kind to the staff at this location and pick up our Super Bowl food the day before- on Saturday. This also happened to be a weekend where snow decided to come heavy. It seems that many many people in the WP area also decided to do the same thing. The employee told me that when he walked in, there were already 20 pizzas waiting to be made for immediate opening pickup on Saturday. Lilly who happened to be at the front register greeted us promptly with a genuine smile and friendly hello. She was quick to point out the deals available and answered my question about the Tuesday special of and pizza for 10$ as well as being able to upgrade to the family size for only 3$ more. Lilly has amazing customer service skills and could far in this field if she chose to! This was my 1st visit to a Papa Murphy's and I am very impressed with the value and quality of my pizza. But most especially impressed with the staff. On our way out we were also greeted by the store manager coming in who took the time to make sure if we needed anything else. The other employees also made sure to tell us good bye and to have a great night! I will DEFINITELY be back to this store. Thank you at the Woodland Park...

I wish I could give this zero stars but that's not an option. We came up near this location for a weekend in our cabin and stopped on our first night to get pizza. I will say I have never had such an awful experience at a Papa Murphy's in my life. First of all everyone was too busy talking to even start making the pizzas for a few minutes. When they sauced the pizza half of the dough didn't have sauce on it (also the dough got cut and folded over while spreading the sauce) so we politely asked her to add sauce and she (Makayla) started talking nasty under her breath and stormed around finishing the pizza as she threw the receipt on top of our unwrapped unfinished pizza. Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Papa Murphy's. We come to the cabin every 4-6 weeks and will NEVER return to...
