Most disgusting Shaken Espresso I’ve ever had in my life. 1st of all: this was with one drink taken from it. That’s ALL I had before I eat it back down and walked off. 2: clearly see caramel drizzle added on to my order but none was given. 3rd: it’s like they got 3 shots of espresso and just dumped it in a cup and added a hint of brown sugar that sank straight to the bottom of the cup, couldn’t taste anything except straight espresso. 4: I paid $9 for this. An awful drink that is only 1/4 of the cup. There’s more sweet cream than coffee.

I didn’t ask for a refund because I waited for 15-20 minutes and didn’t want to hold up others since the employees were clearly struggling but if you don’t know how to make drinks.. do us a favor and tell us. First of all the line was super long, three people ahead of me left the line because they only had one person running the register and making the drinks at the same time. When I ordered a cheese croissant I was told they were out, I ordered a regular/plain croissant and was told they were out but I could see them on the glass. I was told they only had cheese croissants so I ordered it. Finally another girl came to help and she made our drinks but we were given a cheese danish not a croissant which is what we wanted in the first place.

The lady was rude 2 times in a row. Both times she made up some excuse as to why she couldn’t do what we were wanting to do. The first time we went to this location she refused to give me a venti water. She said they don’t do that. Every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to has always done a venti Ice water with my coffee. This time we went she would not scan the app so my fiancé could earn rewards. She said they don’t do that. Avoid this location at all costs. They are lazy and rude.
