This store/company is the epitome of why people hate mobile phone/WiFi companies. They lie, cheat, deny and refuse to help its customers. I will be calling the FCC regarding the issues with their incompetence, untruthfulness and utter contempt for their customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. They refuse to answer the phone, make you wait HOURS in person at the store to tell you that they can't help you and then tell you you have to access your account online, but then you can't as the account was terminated. I returned two pieces of equipment IN PERSON that took two hours, only to be told that one of the pieces (an "air" modem) was already in their inventory when both the representative and I were looking at it in our hands. The physical presence of this wasn't enough to convince this rep that the computer information was wrong. How do you reconcile such utter STUPIDITY???? I was then promised a phone call back 3 days later and guess what... no phone call happened and no-one in the store will answer the phone. I tried six times to call. You cannot leave a message and you cannot talk to customer service as apparently my account that I've had for a year doesn't exist, except they're perfectly happy sending my next bill after I cancelled my service with a confirmation email from them. It's absurd that I have had to spend HOURS and HOURS trying to communicate with this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH T-MOBILE. The air "modems" are a scam. They don't work. This will not be my last review of this so-called company. It's abysmal and should...
Read moreThis is where it all started and has been a mess ever since we switch to T-Mobile and the bill has never been correct we are being charged for things we never even purchased. The service is absolutely terrible, we don't even get service inside of Walmart they give you phones that are refurbished or something is wrong with them because I have bought two phones from them within a months span and both of them have been defective every T-Mobile I have been to has been complete and total trash they just keep massing up the bill more and more after today I had enough and I canceled the account and paid out almost $500 just to get away from this company I highly suggest just going to At&t and paying the extra every month because you get an actual quality of service instead of paying less every month and getting terrible service and quality of your device I'm going to be leaving the same review on every T-Mobile that is anywhere within 15 miles of where I live. I have visited every T-Mobile within 15 miles of my home trying to get everything resolved and here I am over two months later still in the same boat. Canceling service with them was the best thing I have done and moving At&t was the best decision I had ever made take it from somebody who has been through the rangar with his company they are not worth...
Read moreCame into T-mobile store for help with pre-paid plan. Problem: T-mobile automatically reduces the $50 prepaid plan from unlimited calling to 400 minute plan after 90 days of no usage. A text message is sent to the phone to notify the user of the plan change. If you call in to activate your phone after this without seeing the random text message on a phone that has been off for more than 90 days, you get the 400 minute plan. Also, T-mobile automated service does not tell you what plan you are getting before you pay $50, this is the main problem!!! T-mobile has created a perfect plan to steal customers money and anger them with this policy. Representatives at the T-mobile stores are unhelpful to rectify the problems, Eric will only say "$50 for 460 minutes is a great plan". Its not unlimited, and it's selling lies. Only T-mobile Customer service (Dial 611) can rectify the problem. I paid $100 and got less than 800 minutes with less than 20 text messages before I realized what happened, and after talking to T-mobile customer service representatives and elevating this to a supervisor they gave me 10 days of unlimited calls without extra charges. I should have gotten 2 months of unlimited service. T-mobile = Bad policies to...
