USA Nails — Local services in Woodstock

I was recommended to USA Nails by my friend who's nails I always complemented. I was really excited to get the coffin shape even though it was a little more. After I got my nails I drove back to my dorm in Atlanta and THE NEXT DAY my thumb nail broke. After this within the next 5 days 2 of my other nails broke. Since I was still in Atlanta for our first week of school (Jan 9th 2017) & the second Georgia snopocalypse I was not able to come back to get my nails fixed for another week. I still called to tell them what happened and gave my name so they would expect me by the end of the week. I went around this whole week with my nails broken and to make it worst the white nail polish color I choose somehow got stained brown in the week that I have had the nails and when I asked the owner if I could get the repainted for having to drive back to Woodstock to get my nails fixed she said no & I'm currently in my car with a thirty minute wait to get them fixed. To sum it up: THIS SALON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE A TRIP BACK TO GET YOUR NAILS FIXED AFTER THEY BREAK OFF THEN CHOOSE...

Took my daughter to get her nails done here with me. So when we walked in there were only two people that were getting their nails done. 💅🏼 we go to the bathroom and during that period of time more people came in. When we got out noticed they had already been sat. The lady told us to sit down. They started working on everyone else and she asked if she could start my nails I said yes. My daughter kept asking me when they’d start hers and I said soon. Well the lady then said “we do adults first since they come back” I was floored. I’m still paying for her to have her nails done. So shortly after she’s not done with my nails she goes to another client and then tries to come back to me. I said NO do my daughters first so finally someone started setting up for her and left yet again and worked on someone else had her wait. It was overall an unprofessional and unpleasant visit. I’ve been going here for years but today was my last day ever going back due to the fact I made an appointment with Angela and when I got there she acts like I didn’t make one and said she had someone else coming in and couldn’t do my nails so her sister did then , I was told it’s 50.00 for full set once I got finished she charged me 55.00 dollars I said why am I being charged the extra 5.00 Angela says for length and because you got coffin shape I said well she should have explained that to me before she finished, to me that’s bad business and what if I didn’t have that much that she over charged me .
