I usually love their hibachi, but as of late it been loosing flavor and they overly use garlic to try and fill that in my family has been going to this restaurant since it’s opening years ago, last night we were tired and didn’t want to sit in a restaurant so we ordered takeout for our family it was a rather big order we paid 100.50 for food that was subpar we all wanted friend rice which you would think comes with eggs and some vegetables as it does in the restaurant and shows on the menu you we received rice fried in soy sauce nothing else the chicken lo Mein was the same fried in soy sauce crunch noodle with cooked vegetables bland and no flavor, the chicken and broccoli had chewy chicken the soup tasted watered down, the general tso chicken was burned stuck together and had plastic in it from a packaging, we paid extra for extra vegetables in the habachi dinner my mom order and didn’t get them the food was was underwhelming the only enjoyable part of this meal was the egg rolls, my sisters said the sushi they received was good as well but over all the experience I had with this restaurant is enough to deter me from coming back and if I were to it would definitely be in the restaurant with the hibachi so that if there is something like plastic shavings in my chicken I could alert somebody and not pay 100 dollars to not eat the food I...
Read moreI had a horrible experience at Asian Walk. When I walked in, the person at the front desk just told me to “sit wherever.” I mentioned I was dining in, and instead of coming over to take my order or greet me properly, he shouted from across the restaurant to ask what I wanted to drink. Very unprofessional.
I ordered the chicken lo mein, and the food was extremely bland. I even asked for chili oil to try to add flavor, but it didn’t help at all. After only a couple of bites, I went to the counter and politely explained that I did not enjoy the food and asked if they could remove the dish from the bill. The cashier got the manager/owner, who flat-out told me he didn’t care and that I still had to pay for it.
The customer service was just as bad as the food—if not worse. Between the lack of professionalism, the bland food, and the dismissive attitude of the manager, I left very disappointed and will not...
Read moreBest Asian food in the area. We are not familiar with many Asian dishes, but we've found what we like at the Asian Wok. Although they have a small dining area, we always get takeout and eat at home. Food is always hot and cooked as we like it. And portions are more than we want to eat at one sitting, so we usually end up with a snack later. I really like their Sweet and Sour Shrimp, and my wife likes their General Tso's Chicken. Both come with fried rice, plus egg rolls or soup. And the price is quite low for the quantity of food received. We've tried Panda Express and like some of their dishes, but Asian Wok food is more our style. Reminds me of my time spent in Asia many years ago. I like Asian food that is a bit spicier than...
