Update as of 1/12/18-DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT SHOP MATTRESS WAREHOUSE PERIOD. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO SLEEP ON A TEMPUR PEDIC 90+ DAYS TO "BREAK IT IN" TAKING YOU WELL PAST THE REFUND POLICY. THEN WHEN WE REALIZED WE HATED THE BED, WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO EXCHANGE. WE PAID AN ADDITIONAL $767 TO UPGRADE AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE STORE ABOUT DELIVERY. I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND WAS WAS TOLD 3 DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATES. THEY'RE 0-3 SO FAR. THE TERRITORY MANAGER WAS A COMPLETE JERK AND WOULDN'T HELP. ALL WE WANT IS TO RETURN EVERYTHING, PAY THEIR FEES AND MOVE ON FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY BUT NO, I KEEP BEING TOLD WE ARE SCREWED. GREGG THE STORE MANAGER AT WOOSTER CHANGED HIS STORY WHEN HE WAS CAUGHT IN A LIE. HE CONNED US. TOLD US HE CANNOT DISCOUNT TEMPUR PEDIC MATRESSES BUT HE COULD GIVE US $300 OFF SINCE HE CURRENTLY HAD ONE IN THE WAREHOUSE. THERE WASN'T ONE IN THE WAREHOUSE. A BUNCH OF CORPORATE CON MEN RUNNING THIS COMPANY. BYER BEWARE!

We bought a kind size Tempur Pedic Flex Hybrid with the adjustable base from Ron and the experience and customer service was wonderful! No hard sales pitches, no pressure to buy, just an honest evaluation of our needs and what we were looking for. He was honest with what to expect when we first start sleeping on the bed too since there is a break-in period. The bed was delivered and set up today and the delivery men were professional, on time, and efficient! The removed our old mattress and box springs too. There was a slight issue with a hole the size of a dime in the mattress cover and the gentleman I spoke to at the store assured us it would be taken care of. Highly impressed with the store and the bed! Go in and ask for Ron, he will take good care of you! And while more expensive, go with the top of the line Tempur Pedic, your body will thank you!

I've put off buying a new mattress for years and after experiencing a night of restful and painfree sleep in a motel, I decided to look for a mattress that would help me get that restful and painfree sleep in my home. Jonathan listened to my preferences and showed me several mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about the materials that make up the various mattresses and helped me to find something to alleviate my sleep issues. After narrowing it down to 2 mattresses, he encouraged me to take my time and even left the room so that I could leisurely test out each mattress. I asked many questions and he patiently answered and explained differences in quality and manufacturers. He explained the warranty and trial period and even related how I could take advantage of the next sale which is six weeks away even when buying my mattress now. Jonathan demonstrated different adjustable bases and helped me to select one that felt wonderful on my back. Don’t waste your time or money here. I got the most expensive bed and within weeks had technical issues, within a year had to get sensors replaced on bed. The staff at store wouldn’t guide or help me when I inquired about what is wrong wouldn’t give refund within 30days of owning it and it already malfunctioning. If you want a sleep tracker just buy the watch this thing disconnects so much and has issues constantly so when I need my tracker the most it didn’t record for whatever ridiculous reason this time is. They even make you do all of your own work on the bed! So much for a year warranty and tech services as promised…took me literally three tries for them to finally admit they need to send me new sensors and come themselves to fix my bed. Also the delivery was a disaster as well. Not delivered on time, guys called me as if I was their manager etc very poor service all around and product...
