Panera Bread — Restaurant in Wooster

I'm honestly pretty torn on my rating today. The food is very tasty and the pickup order was ready when I arrived about 10-15 mins after I placed the order. I don't usually have enough time on my lunch break to pick something up so I don't order food very often, but the past two times I've ordered from this location, I've been missing a side. I was really looking forward to that baguette with the soup I ordered and I'm really annoyed that this happened again- especially because I don't have time to go back and get it. I caught it last time before I left the parking lot and was able to run back in and get what was missing- they were friendly and quick to help, but I didn't have time to check as closely today before leaving. *I didn't realize until I sat down to eat that they also didn't customize the salad like I had ordered, but I could eat around it. 8/9/24 Update: I think I'm done with this location. I picked up a salad today to bring home for lunch. I got a work call while waiting for the food and didn't check the bag before leaving. My order consisted of just two things- salad and baguette and they forgot the baguette! This is so frustrating! I was in around 9am so I can't even give them the benefit of the doubt of a lunch rush oversight because it wasn't busy. I usually have a wonderful experience here, but Saturday evening something was lacking. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted by the associate at the counter, as he was too busy talking to a young lady I assume was his girlfriend that had parked in the fire lane in front of the store. I looked for a minute or two, and then stood by the counters to make sure they knew I was ready. Even after the girl left, he still never acknowledged me. Then an older gentleman I assume was the store manager asked if I needed help and was very gracious. I've seen him before and he is always very friendly. There must have been some underlying issue with a couple of team members as the manager had to ask two of them if someone was going to answer the phone, and he did after they didn't move to get it.

Anyways, the food was hot and delicious and on point like a typical experience is. It was prepared quickly, and the associate manning that area was phenomenal, and seems genuinely happy to be there.

Probably was a really off night for the crew, which won't put us off from still continuing to visit! Our normal visits are usually quick, crew super friendly, and very smooth. Will update review in the near future after...

Well I have to say this place is pretty nice and does offer alot of options. However they are lacking in quite a few things, first there is always a line which if your goin for lunch you don't have alot of time, they have 2 cash registers so they should always have both goin at lunch time. 2nd the prices are quite high, I got a cup of soup an the total was 7.50, I mean I could go to a cheaper restaurant an get a cup of soup alot cheaper, now I do understand they are home-made an fresh ingredients but dang!!! I got broccoli cheese and personally I like noodles in mine, but it's not even an option an if it did I might understand the 7 dollar price but just broccoli an cheese, I know how to break food cost down an those arnt expensive items. 3rd the tables are rarely wiped down, now both times I've been there the tables weren't all full so there were plenty of tables, they were all jus dirty, an they obviously don't always follow a policy cuz the 1st time I got a buzzer the 2nd I didn't an I didn't evn hear them call my name or my friends so we had 2 get up an check.
