Madulka's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Worcester

leecream was great. My daughters had cones but it looked interesting so i swapped mine for hers. She also got whipcream but didn't like the taste n it hurt her tummy all evening. IThey had quite a few flavours that they werent serving so variety was less. Am assuming because winter is soon coming so they may be winding down. The servers were polite and patient. Parking was not tge most convenient. It's a street side parking but even that, I was nervous we could be towed. I think Madulka should designated specific parking places that are safe from cars being towed. This way people are clear on where exactly to park. For wait for others to leave so they can park. Lots of sitting places and beautiful view. The cones are a an awesome size. Love that. So my take aways, icecream is great, cones are a delight so long as they don't look interesting. Lots of sitting places but not a lot of parking. Not a lot of icecream variety as well for this month. I'm not sure about previous months or...

The best cone I've had in a year (and I visit a lot of ice cream places).

Firstly, do yourself a favor and stick to the hard/scooped ice creams, they are fantastic. The sundaes and soft serve are simply unworthy of your time when the good stuff is available at the same place. My coconut and butter crunch medium (two scoops) on a waffle cone was just fantastic. Spring for the waffle cone - it makes a difference.

My wife wanted a wet walnut sundae (with soft serve vanilla) but got crushed walnuts instead of the wet/maple walnuts she had wanted - but she didn't say anything when it came out wrong, so that's on her. My son wanted a hard vanilla sundae with caramel, whipped cream, and a cherry and got that. He thought it too plain, though, and regretted not just ordering a cone. He'd never had a sundae before, and probably won't bother in the future since it didn't strike him as special. I did tell him that hot fudge would have made the difference, though. Kids...

I had never been here and certainly won’t be returning. Ice cream was fine but service was poor. My sisters and I had arrived seconds before 9pm and got in line. There was no orange bucket in sight. After waiting a bit a worker came out, probably a teenager, who asked who moved the bucket. I had no idea what she was talking about. She then put the bucket in front of my sister and I and said they stopped serving. Now mind you there was no one behind us so what is it to serve two more people. Even if there were more people behind us still would have been poor customer service. So to whoever is in charge you might want to educate the children you have working for you in customer service. Also, if you are so concerned about your orange bucket and not serving any more customers at 9pm and on, perhaps you should stand outside with your bucket and turn people...
