It's ok, I couldn't read all the tiny words on the menu , but they have no paper menus available, chicken were room temp, bought both grilled and fried , fried chicken were ok but not warm when I took it home , the grilled chicken were dried, I wish I have "El pollo loco " grilled chicken instead, I rather have crown fried chicken since El pollo loco ain't here in east coast. And worse came to worse they don't even have decent hot sauce for the chicken. really disappointed, 6 piece of chicken came out $12 and a half chicken I think is 8.99 Everything else are cooked ready to serve , they had rib n pork belly fried too, I think those will taste better Weird thing is they try to speak Spanish to everyone 🤣 , and my receipt printed in Spanish too, so not sure if I got over charged but for 6 pieces of random chickens came to 12+ is expensive. Average 2+/ piece. I wouldn't complain if they were actually good 🙄. Overall didn't give me good first impression and taste, don't know if I would try again .

1/25/22 I gave it another try I don't believe they can actually F up their fried chicken. I went their again and ordered fried chicken , (grilled one too dry for me). I told him I want 4 wings only no fry. He punched in 9.99, I was confused how the hell it's 2.49 a piece of wing, then the 4 piece with came out 10.xx total after tax I told him I don't want fries but he put it in at 9.99 then he told me it comes with fry, I was like okay 🙄 sure I guess and my chickens is not wings only but instead it came with 1 Breast, 1 wing, 1 tiny drum stick, 1 thigh . Fried actually better than their chicken 🤦 I don't want to leave a business with 2 stars rating but since it's my 2nd time and their chicken was just soggy , dry, about 25% crispiness , taste below average, nothing special but for nasty dried breast I threw it away, wish their menu actually let's u order what u want instead of forcing me get variety of piece n throw a fries in it make it $10 . Once again it's a disappointed me. I won't be back for sure even though it's literally 5 minutes walk...

I was hoping this place would be amazing as it’s so close to home.. It’s not! Let’s start with the terrible attitude of one of the staff. I have a significant food allergy and was actually quite nervous as she had no idea what flour is. No one seemed to understand gluten allergy, even though there is a sign to disclose any food allergies. This is very unsafe. She kept calling me crazy to the other staff in Spanish, like I did not understand what she was saying. One of the other employees even apologized for her disrespect. I simply wanted to make sure there was no flour in certain items.

For the food: it was all sitting in steam table pans as like in a buffet. The grilled chicken and tostones were severely dry to a point actually dipped my chicken in ketchup!! I fed the tostones to my dog, who then went and drank water 🤣. I was told they do not have rice and beans, but then was told they have rice with either veggies or beans??? So rice and beans were very dry, some of it was even crunchy 😝.. that will go to the dogs as well. We ordered ribs, which were also very dry and over priced. We did also buy a flan to share, it was not bad.. Miranda bread’s flan is much better..

Although I can’t have fried chicken, I recommend going the extra 20 feet down the...

Fried sweet plaintains were delicious. Chicken was ok. 2 star rating is for their portions and menu description. For $19 I got the 8 piece chicken with 2 sides: 3 small drumsticks, 3 wings, 1 breast, 1 thigh. Seriously? 8 pieces should be the whole chicken no? 2 breast, 2 thigh, 2 drumstick, 2 wings equal 8 pieces. Also be warned that the $19 8 piece 2 side combo doesn't include all the items under the Menu category "SIDES." For example, rice and beans are not included as a "SIDE." On their website, it says under fried chicken... "Of course, it is impossible to select such goodness and not have a side that is why you can select our combos with any sides you wish to have." So I don't know if the service person was told the wrong information or just flat out lied. But I will not...
