Unfortunately this restaurant IS NOT THE SAME as it was years ago. If I could give it 0 stars I would! I have been eating at Jedis for over 20 years and I WILL NEVER BE BACK AFTER TODAY! My past 6 to 7 take out orders have been wrong. And when I called to tell them they are always mean and rude.
Well today I called and placed a take out order and I was very detailed on the phone with the man who took the order. I picked up my order and when I got home and checked it, I was still missing extra salad dressing which I had paid for. When I called the restaurant to inform them, the man who took my order argued that he gave me what I ordered and when I told him that he did not, he yelled at me THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH ME and he was transferring me to the owner. When the owner picked up the phone he instantly started yelling at me. He said I WAS WASTING THEIR TIME AND FRUSTRATING THEM AND IF I WANTED ME LITTLE MONEY BACK I COULD HAVE IT. He said THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND I WAS BOTHERING THEM. I was in shock! I said to him me telling you that my order is wrong is bothering you???? It was unbelievable! I told him that I would never be back to his restaurant AGAIN.

My family and I use to visit often when i was little. This weekend my mon remembered and picked Jedis for her bday dinner.
Its a decision we all wished were different because the waitress we had just spoiled the mood and we tried to make the best of it.
First, we were rushed to make an order. Then i asked for the greek chicken which i saw on the menu may take longer and when i ordered she said it would take an hour, i said ok thats fine (we had appetizers and time) and she threw a tantrum. Legit, tantrum “OMG OMG NOOOO, you guys are my last table and i wanted to go home…”
We were shocked and i just replied- i still want the chicken and a different waitress… she said she cant get us anyone else. I asked her to be nicer because i was appalled. I’ve had bad service in other places but this will be forever memorable. I could go on with other things she did and Didnt do but I’ll spare the details. Our bill was about $300 with her tip included for a party of 7. We didn’t ask for anything free and werent karens about it just asked for a new waitress and we couldn’t get the other waitress who seemed to have a smile on her face. Will not be back there again.
