Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Worth Township

Our office ordered a delivery at 12:26 we did not receive the delivery until almost 2pm. The delivery driver did not come up to my office and said we had to come downstairs. When we came down she was sitting in her car and we had to go to her car to get our food. The food was cold and the sauce was spilled all in the bottom of the bag and turned all over. Called the manager he agreed to re-deliver our food right away. The Delivery driver said she came and she said she knocked on the back door and no one answered. Our front is open but she never used the front door. The lady driver said she called and we did not answer... We saw we missed a call with in 8 minutes and we called back as this is a place of business , she said she had left our location and was back at the store which is about 7 blocks away. The driver said she would be back in 5 minutes. We went downstairs in the cold and waited for the driver who never showed or called. We called the location back and spoke to the General Manager who was so rude and instead of apologizing she found it more important to explain her driver don't deliver to the door or go into buildings. The manager said the food is on it's way. It's 4:15pm and we still have not received the replaced food we ordered for lunch at 12:26pm.... We have never heard of a pizza delivery that made us come down to their car down the street to retrieve our food. We are extremely disappointed with this location's unbelievable horrible service. The General Manager was unprofessional and more interested in proving how right she was on her policy. Oh yes while I was typing this my food arrived at 4:35pm it's cold, hard and distasteful. We will never order food from this location who's delivery policy is to meet at the driver's car. We never patronize...

The manager "Sara" was the worst example of a manager I have ever encountered. We live 3 BLOCKS away and would have picked up our order ourselves, except we were watching the game and opted for delivery instead. The driver showed up an hour and 15 minutes later with our cold order of wings (12 wings total) (yes that all we ordered). After speaking to the driver he admitted to the "incompetence" of that branch and how we was "JUST then told to rush that order out the door". I was of course upset and called the store. The woman I spoke with "Sarah" claimed to be the manager and basically told me that "if we took the wings (which we didn't) she could only offer us a store credit and not a refund. She was EXTREMELY rude and unaccommodating. She also said that they were "backed up" which no one told us when we placed the order. I asked for a refund and proof of a refund, to which her response was "you can pick up your proof of refund at the store tomorrow morning at 9am". Right! Cuz that's what I have time for. I asked if she could fax or email the proof and she claimed there was "no way possible to do so". Funny, considering I receive about 12 emails a day from pizza hut including proof of purchase and delivery confirmations when we DO order from them. We will not be ordering from this store any longer as long as "Sarah" is running this horribly incompetent and...

I ordered my pizza off the website for a quick pick up after work. 6:18PM the order was placed. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza with Cinnabons. The pick up time was set for 8:30PM. I arrived at 8:15 paid and waited. I was told my pizza was ready they were just waiting on the Cinnabons. 9:00PM is when they finally handed me my food. The pizza, which I know is just a Pizza Hut pizza, was well below the usual standards because it sat in the heater for God knows how long (dried out). Also, to the employee who appeared to be off the clock complaining about "her working tomorrow". Eating in the area that everyone's food is being processed and boxed is unsanitary. So is scratching your uncovered head in the same area. To my cashier, rubbing your nose then going and touching people's food boxes is disgusting. Running your fingers under water without soap literally does nothing. No apologies and no emphasis on getting my food anywhere near the pickup time. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION 2 star only because of the guy boxing pizzas who appeared to be working at a quick pace even with the woman in his way planted in his work area continuously...
