I've never had such horrible service before. I was going through the drive through and the woman - Jaquelle - started with "What's you order." in the most obnoxious tone of voice that clearly said I don't want to be here. I instantly knew this was not going to be fun. So I start telling her "I'll have a number 1 with no tomato and no cheese" I paused to give her a second then started my second order but she interrupted me saying "You need to slow down." So I repeated myself... s.l.o.w.e.r. for her "A. num-ber. th-ree. with. only. chee-se." She asks "Plain?" I say "Yes, only cheese." She asks again "So plain?" I had to take a breath at this point but that apparently took too long and she instantly started going "Hello? Hellooooo?" If I could have driven away I would have but there were cars in the way and I was in a hurry to just grab food. So I just said "YES. PLAIN." I pull around to pay and she doesn't hand me a receipt. I ask for one and she says "I'm getting to it, I need more paper." She wonders off for a minute. When she finally comes back she hands me HALF of a receipt. Conveniently the top half with HER NAME and the survey info had been ripped off. I went to the next window, got my food and requested another receipt. Thankfully that employee was nicer and reprinted it for me. I did that survey but apparently it doesn't matter to Wendys. No one ever contacted me, no one apologized. I work in customer service so I understand there are crazy people who just complain for the heck of it and I like to think it's given me more patients for other employees in the CS business but if I ever talked to a customer like that, I'd be fired! Not to mention my order was also wrong. I will NOT...
Read moreThis Wendy's Employees have a very bad attitude. Never mind you I was in there tonight Which is a Tuesday at 8 PM there was a white female a dark complected male. He started out with the attitude over the speaker when we drove up. It was really irritating . The female came to the window to bring the food. I asked her to fill my cup backup because I asked for light ice and got a whole half a cup of ice and instead of making sure I had a full drink they scooped out the ice with some of my drink and just gave me what was left over and then she showed her attitude because she had to change it . I asked for an extra bun and I paid for it and they did not even bother to toast it. I order this all the time from Wendy's never experienced this type of attitude. I feel like they are in the wrong profession and if they're gonna continue to deal with people they should be critiqued to have a better attitude unless Wendy's just doesn't care about its customers, only it's employees . I really would like to see some changes made Regarding that concept or at least acknowledgment that they're gonna do something about their employees cause that was ridiculous. You guys know me you know I'm gonna give it like it is. They also gave me 1/2 the fries and didn'tgive me the frosty I paid for. I will be going back to talk to the management in the morning.. Know I will always stay true...
Read moreI am so upset. I love Wendy’s but I need them to get my order right. All I wanted was plain crispy chicken sandwich and I didn't get it. I got two other kinds of chicken sandwiches. Then what made me even more mad is that I tried to call to talk about how my order was messed up but the phone just beeped. Like the phone was disconnected! No ringing, no voicemail, nothing. So now I have to drive all the way back with cold food to hopefully get my order fixed. I wanted fast food. Not complicated food. I hate when my order is wrong because then I have to return to the location after driving home (when I should just be enjoying my meal) and I have to ask for new food. And I’m not trying to waste food but now that I came back I want the whole order replaced. I don’t want my cold fries with my fresh sandwich… Please check your orders when the customer is placing the order and please try to be careful packing the order. I don’t care if it takes longer if I am getting what I paid for and what I...
