Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Wyoming

Would usually go this location as the pizza is good. However after a stressful day I thought I’d just order my kids pizza they use grub hub for their online ordering I specially chose pickup and me and my wife drove in the rain to pick it up. At first the teenager at the desk told me he didn’t know what order we were talking about and he had nothing under that name after I showed him the receipt he said oh yeah! Let me check five minutes goes by with the manager saying I cut this pizza didn’t you already give it to someone and another teenager says I gave it too some guy… “what guy” “idk some guy he said it was his” the manager says well since we use grubhub for online ordering it must have gone to grub hub we don’t just give food to random people… but they did they gave my pizza to someone else then refused to remake it meanwhile I’m out 40$ and my kids are still hungry. It’s the dishonesty and trying to cover for your 16 year old staff instead of remaking the pizza and owning up to...

Reading these reviews I can defiantly see why ppl are complaining about the costumer service. I went in around lunch time 1pm and I was not greeted friendly with a smile or nothin. I told the girl I just wanted 2 slices & she replied “you got 10 minutes for those slices?” Than as I’m waiting another lady walks in about 5 mins later and ask for slices and they tell her 10 mins so the lady walked out. If you put slices in 5 mins ago & told me 10 mins shouldn’t the slices be ready in 5 not 10? It’s almost like they don’t want costumers or 2 make $$ which is not good for the business at all. The whole time I waited I could hear the employees whole conversations, joking around & laughing. Y’all can be friendly with each other but not the costumers? Than when the girl brought the slices out to me her whole tone of voice changed from when she was talking to her co workers to her being rude again. It’s not that hard of a job to take orders for pizza and be nice...

We love the food from this Jet's! We get it at least once a month. The quality is always great unlike other pizza places. We always pick up our food because it's less than a mile away. However, the other day our car broke down and we were forced to order delivery. First off, the delivery fee is insane! $6, for what? I know they only pay their drivers $3/hr and they have to drive their own cars, so where does that money go? Dominos only charges $5 and they provide cars for their employees and pay them $6/hr. Anyway, we were quoted a 45 to 55 minute wait time which is pretty standard on a Thursday evening. However it took an hour and 25 minutes! I was just about to call when the guy came. I gave him a decent cash tip because I know it's not his fault it took so long. The wait just seems crazy when we live less than a mile away. We will continue to get Jet's as long as we have a cat...
