Arby's — Restaurant in Yadkinville

My dad and I went there Friday night and they had a young guy in his 20s and young girl in teens and a old women maybe 50s and the older women brought food wrong 3 times and I was actually completely fine with it we worked all day and wanted to rest a while anyways but I actually had to tell the women she didn't have to be so rude throwing our food across table everytime she brought it and act so mean like she should've ate it even if roost beef was missing and wrong fries and flavor. It blew our minds how rude the women was. I've never had a problem here so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars but tbh if I see her working next time I'll just go somewhere else She is hands down the meanest person working with public I've ever ran into and u maybe would've understood if either of us was upset but we looked at it as after 11 hours work in field we wanted off our feet awhile anyways so neither was mad but I really hope the manager sees this and knows who I'm talking about put of the 3 and stops her from treating...

Placed an order for pecan chicken salad, salad and jalapeno poppers. When my order was ready it was a sandwich. I had all ready been waiting 20 minutes on my order and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the salad. When I got home, it was just a bunch of chicken salad on two pieces of lettuce. Other people were waiting on reorders as well and had been there 45 minutes when I got there. A VBS order of 60 roast beef sandwiches and 35 orders of curly fries had been ordered Friday evening to be picked up Monday at 5:30. The order had never been put in when the couple got there to pick it up. Several people came in and left. This is the absolute worst Arby's I have been to. Management has a very piss poor attitude towards customers and fellow employee's. Dalton and other employee's were patronizing a fellow employee who was in a wheelchair. They were talking very badly about him in front of customers and behind his back. They said he was not doing his job right, he was washing tables and couldn't reach the far ends of them, but they still insist on patronizing him instead of trying to help him. He still provided great service to me and my friend and great hospitality. A manager then came over and apologized for him asking us questions about our food in the dining room.
