I got to say, the poor customer service is pretty equivalent with Arby's at this point. I ordered tacos and I asked for onions five different times. And instead of getting them y'all tamper with my food you scrape the meat off my tacos you don't put cheese on it and no sauce. You give me a shell full of lettuce. Because I was admittedly getting frustrated with the amount that you guys have screwed up my orders. You hand me the tacos even though that wasn't the entirety of my order and I had to honk on multiple occasions to get your attention to get the rest of my food. When I call and I explain why I'm frustrated your manager hangs up on me and when I call back I get told y'all don't receive calls after 10:00 even though it was 9:42 p.m. when I had called to address it. I get an attitude about well what do you want us to do? I want you to fix it. I also want you to not tamper with my food. And I escalated this up to corporate and I will be following up. And it's weird how when I ask for the name of the manager I get to run around and hung up on again. If you can't handle frustrated customers because of you screwing up their food time and time again, then maybe you should find a different job. And if you're going to tamper with somebody's food you better make sure it's not noticeable. That's a disgusting thing to do all because somebody's getting frustrated because they are matching your energy and because of how much their food keeps getting screwed up and the attitude received from your employees right off the jump. A couple of days ago I had a mobile order, was told that you didn't have regular fries but would substitute curly fries and I said I didn't want that because I don't like curly fries. So I get a cheesecake instead so I paid more for that order to get something for lesser value. I get told there are no tacos we'll give you monster tacos. Instead of getting those I get angry monster tacos or whatever they're called which I can't eat. So again wasting my money. So if people are going to keep screwing somebody's food up and then get upset with them when they are rightfully frustrated, then maybe customer service...

[Food/Quality] = 4/5 Fast Food, doesn't mean bad food. Jacks Tacos are actually quite good. If the prep is done correctly and the tacos are allowed to rest (after the deep fry oil bath), it can be quite tasteful.
[Service] = 1/5 I was racially discriminated against by an African American Female employee (Chelsea?), as she took my order at 04:46P, and it took 21 mins, until I received my "fast food" order at 05:07P. A compliant has been filed against corporate to review the video feed and its legitimate timestamp. After ordering tacos, I kept seeing the tacos get stashed and stored in a bag then eventually given to other customers after me. Upon inquiring about why customers after me and when there was no one in the drive through, until after 6 cars went through, why I didn't receive my order, she finally dropped my food bag on the counter in front of me and said, "well here it is now", I kept inquiring why others got the tacos first, she just kept saying, "well you have your tacos now, thanks, bye!".
[Atmosphere] = 2/5 It seemed the other employees were all working diligently but there is a fear against her as they just stood back and watched her give me attitude.

Read moreWe went to grab some food for us as we were waiting at the hospital and most everything food wise was cold. To start, you couldn't hear the person on the drive-through speaker. It took forever, and when we got to the window, she was even hard to hear in person! Got our food and made sure it was all there. I got a salad. She put it in the bag and handed it to me on its side! It was all messed up with her doing that. I will never order it again! The dressing tasted like chemicals and spice. I got 2 very small tomatoes! Very little grilled chicken too...(southwest salad). When I asked her what was on it you could tell she had to read a description. Right after we got our order (btw it was cash only that night). We went directly back to the hospital less than 5 min away. Everyone was taking out their food... All the burgers and fries were cold! The fries only looked like they were just dipped in the hot oil so they weren't still frozen. Absolutely disgusted at this point. No one wanted to finish their meal and it was over $40 worth of food!
