I canât with McDonalds. This place has horrible customer service. For starters, no one greeted us. And their dining room was a mess. Half the tables were dirty. When we went to Eder on the kiosk, the first one full on rebooted on us. So we went to a different one. And when we finally put the order in and ready to pay, it FROZE. So we hit the button to call the attendant/cashier, and it took her forever. We explained to her what happened and at first she wanted us to just wait for it to come back up. We asked her if sheâd just take our order so we could get it over with, and she had to call over a manager to ask if she could ring us up. The manager literally gave her a look as of saying, âwhy are you even asking me thisâ so we go to the register, and every other item we tried to order according to her, was out. No pies, no frappes, no smoothies, no ice cream. At this point weâre frustrated. We pay for the order and wait. About 25 + min. In McDonaldâs time, thatâs honestly pretty long. We were the only people in the dining room, so weâre surprised to not be getting our order out quicker. Meanwhile, there had been an order sitting on the counter for 10 min already. But when we asked if it was ours, the original cashier told us âno.â Again, weâre frustrated, so we call the cashier over to us again and ask if thatâs not our order, how much longer. She goes to look at the order, and guess what. It was the order. So now we take the two bags of food and get to the car. Food ends up being semi cold. And we end up missing an order of 10 piece nuggets. So we go back in to ask for the nuggets, and the cashier literally tries her hardest to ignore us.    Read moreKinda insane how bad this mcdonalds has gotten, regularly go to this one for the quick drive thru but this time I placed my order and was told to wait at the second pickup window and waited. 20 minutes later they still havent come out with my order and theres no one in the drive thru with no one bringing me my food. Finally I go inside and ask for my order and the kid behind the counter says they dont have it. I told him its been over 20 minutes and ask for the manager. Nice lady comes out and apologized for the order and said they were making it now. Okay cool done deal. Another manager named Jose comes out and asks whats wrong why am I complaining. I tell him whats going on and he instantly starts arguing with me and I tell him this is ridiculous! I just want my order.
He tells me to wait rudely and I tell him okay enough I want a refund. He says okay and backs off and goes back into the kitchen. The nice (im assuming other manager) gives me my food and I ask for the refund since the rude manager offered it. A now third manager comes out and starts refunding me while im holding my food in my arms. Rude manager jose runs over and tells him to stop and actually grabs the bag from me with my food and tells me not gonna happen. I hold the bag and tell him to stop to which he argues with me about getting a refund and I remind him he offered. He orders the other manager to give me a partial refund and goes back in to the kitchen quickly. Absolutely insane they would try to snatch something from me as a customer. Original review: This review isn't about the food, because this is a McDonald's, and we all know exactly what to expect from a McDonald's. This review is about how this location in particular appears to simply not care about their posted hours and closes whenever they feel like. Due to the pandemic, they are no longer a 24 hour restaurant (despite still not having bothered to change this on their Google search) and now have their hours listed as drive-thru until 1AM. This would be fine IF they were ever actually open until this time. For now the sixth time in a row over the course of 6-8 months or so, I have tried to get food here anytime between 12-12:45 AM and arrived to the drive-thru already blocked off with cones. Most of these times, the lights were on inside and the employees were just inside the dining area eating or sitting around. There is no signage or notification that they are closing early due to short-staffing, and the hours on the entrance still CLEARLY state that the drive-thru is open until 1AM. The night shift at this restaurant obviously just doesn't care. I wonder if the owner of this location is aware of their employees getting paid to close early? If this was a one-time occurrence it would be fine, but as I wrote above, this is now the SIXTH TIME IN A ROW this has happened. I will not be coming to this location again. Absolutely...
