First time customer…I stopped in for lunch yesterday with a friend who is a long standing customer and I was not disappointed. I got a rice bowl with the grilled chicken and it was delicious! The service was great and the owner very friendly engaging. (Additional disclaimer: I had attempted about a month ago to eat here (ordered to pickup), but an unexpected unforeseen issue came up and they had to close for the day. I didn’t realize this until I got there and was a little disappointed. My friend had raved about the food and I was looking forward to trying it. In any event, Trae, the owner, sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. When I got back home I see have Messenger from Trae. He went on further to apologize for my inconvenience and convey how seriously he takes his business and providing good food and service…it’s his passion. Well, needless to say I was thoroughly impressed and had not even had a taste of the food yet. In a world with all that is going on now, less caring, kind interactions seems to be the norm and great customer service has been sparse. I appreciate the time he took to find me (on Messenger) and follow up. Keep up the fantabulous job and...

I'm not sure how to respond directly to the comment, so I'll just update my original post. I have allergies—not severe anaphylactic reactions (thankfully)—but enough to make me feel unwell. I noticed that the workers use the same gloved hand to make every salad without changing gloves between orders. Would it be too much to ask for individual serving spoons for each ingredient to prevent cross-contact? I couldn’t finish my salad because it triggered the same reaction I get from avocados, apples, and almonds.

BEST fresh food. Been coming here for years. It's a regular lunch spot of mine. The employees are so so friendly. I always get a side of ranch and they go out of their way to remember that I get the extra ranch on the side. Talk about customer service. If you're thinking about trying it, just go you won't regret it. The ingredients are always fresh and it's the same every time. I have never had a bad wrap or salad. I have also ordered on door dash and again just amazing. Thank you Lettuce know for offering...
