This is the third time ordering from this location and it will be my last. I placed a order at 7:47pm, with a "up to 55 minute" delivery time when I placed my online order (the same way I have the last two visits). At 9:04 pm, I call to check on how much longer and am told by the woman who answered the phone that "he should be there any minute". At 9:20 pm my husband calls and the same woman is extremely rude to him, saying we ordered through a third party (their website, happyspizza.com) and she can't help us. I then called back to ask about the order and the same woman who answered before answered again and I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was the manager and she can't do anything, that I have to cancel online, but there is no option to cancel when the order shows it has already been completed. The woman who "said" she was the manager, was rude and lied when I called to check the first time. The second time I talked to her, she blamed the delay on a situation with the police and since I didn't call or come in to place my order, she wasn't responsible for informing me there was a delay and she can't issue a refund because it was done online. The driver ended up showing up at 9:59 pm saying wow, you live far (I'm less than 5 miles away). I polity let him know I had tried to cancel the order and was sorry he wasted his time.
I would have been fine waiting over 2 hours for my order if the communication was better. To have the "manager" be so defensive when I simply asked what the status of my order was, then refuse to provide any help is really not ok with me.

As i made a call on 9/22/12 a manger that i had a hard time understanding answered, and asked me why i cancelled my last order. Yes i did cancel my last order from the previous week. When we called back to cancel WE ASKED IF ITS TO LATE, IF THE PIZZA HAD BEEN MADE. They asured us no problem havent even starting making it. Which the whole reason for canceling was the delivery time was an hour and a half is what we where told. I called-in to place an order for my company. We asked for the order to be delivered. When the order arrived there were SEVERAL errors with the billing. I called back to rectify the situation and I was met with a very rude associate. When I began to explain the errors she was already defensive telling me I was wrong then when she realized she did indeed make the mistake she said “oh s**t” which in my opinion, was very inappropriate to start. Next, she acknowledged her mistakes and said she could not do anything other than give me a $3 credit. I told her that was not accommodating enough however I said a credit was fine if placed in the company’s name but that amount was incorrect. She argued with me about the credit and when I asked her for her managers name she refused and when I asked for her name she refused as well. After she refused, she then proceeded to hang up on me.
