PIZZA ECOURSE ROAD i walked in i ordered Meat Lovers large pizza .they said 15 minutes.i went to car got back out said could you add hot pepper. Cashier he said our manager has it made. I said already it not 5 minutes. He rubbed the cold box .I took cold box we bit it we spit it out it is cold old rubbery pizza. I went back into return.tbey said no returns. A xxxx large woman with purple blond hair a bent over faced customers as come in face me as well showing her butt to customers.i said why all this time is she bending over facing customers ? He said so don't know only manager that work that day can give you refund he not manager i said earlier he seud he was a second ago.he swift he is not now. Bent over while aiming her butt at customers she yells you are not getting nothing back.all customers look. 1 leaves. I said state law does not say I have to get refund from certain manager he said our rule i said this is obvious pieced together garbage you all are doing total opposite job of washtenaw store you more staff you are 3 times as slow and youll given me a pizza that appears to be from the garbage. He says try manager tomorrow. I went back thar male manager and male manager samevday said no ask next day manager .this occured Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesdays I saud no pizza missing youll gave mevold pizza it will show on camera. He says no cameras sge saud I not doing refund or remake either try tomorrow. I left I went to the public health department with the pizza to make a total staff and all restaurant sanitation complaint and for serving old food and to report to state of michigan for breaking laws on return policy. But unfortunately the health department has moved for resteraunts.whennit is rubbery it is old day old just dry it is old pizza .it is the staff not the product. Read moreDo not go here college student. Do not go here I repeat. I went here and order around $45 worth of food. I went in and check my order, and they mess my boneless chicken up. They gave me some dry traditional chicken wing. I repeated on the phone that I want boneless wing.
So there was a lady I was working with and was dealing with. An then her manager Debbie, said I order a lunch special which I did not order. She then said "you can not get boneless wing with the lunch special." But never looking at the order because I did not order a lunch special by the boneless wing with a side order of fries.
She then made a smart comment on her way to back and was yelling about me. I then went to my car because she said it will be another 15min wait to make boneless wings.
I went back inside and said I no longer want the order. She took my food that I paid for that was on the heater and then throw my food on the counter, "Saying you have to take this order, we are not going to eat it. And there NO REFUND" First why would you throw the food at me and say no refund because of they mess up. I even ask for store credit. She was rude. I did not want the food because I did not want to wait that long.Then she went back to the back.
Then there delivery drive that came in I ask for there general manger and he never came back.
I then call back while on my way home to talk to a general manger they put on a phone a guest work.
I am warning college student do not go here EMU, U OF M, WCC student do not go here because they will throw food at you,mess up your order and not even give you a refund on their mistake. I took a $45 loss because I did not eat the food because by then 45 min to 1 hour pass it was cold, dry and not even eatable .

Read moreMy family and I have been ordering from here for years now. We have ordered via delivery and pick up. Several times throughout the years have even ordered and paid over the phone to have food delivered to my son at home while we are at work. Never have had a problem with this before until today.
The manager, Brook, (EDIT: she lied, her name isn't Brook, no Brook works here at time of post- why lie about your name if you're confident in your service?) decided to take it upon herself to make the rule that you cannot pay over the phone and have something delivered to someone when you are not there. (We have an elderly friend with no food and called hungry, tried sending him food while we're at work, even explained this to her). People do this all the time, all over the place at all different restaurants who deliver! Never in my life have I ever been told that I have to be present upon delivery after paying on the phone.
Even besides this, it was with a very snappy and rude way in which she spoke, as if she was having a bad day and doesn't know how to put that aside when speaking to a customer.
Before her calling me back after I placed the order with a gentleman, while he was taking my order, you could hear her over the phone interrupting his talking to me to lecture him 'something about boxes' in a very rude tone, making him have to ignore me- a customer on the phone- while she went on about the boxes. She's extremely unprofessional and has no customer service skills.
