Heng's Café — Restaurant in Yuba City

My husband and I tried this place and the waiter was so rude! He waited for a long time before getting up to seat us when we walked in. He spoke very little English and didn't seem to be able to recite anything we said to him and the man had no capacity for customer satisfaction. He didn't bring me my water with lemon in it like I asked and when the food was ready he just threw it on the table and didn't even bother giving it to the correct person. I'm so tired of being treated with as little respect or consideration as the trash at the dump whenever I go to a Chinese restaurant - learn your manners!!! Fantastic Food. I eat here when I'm in town. They have the best Chow Mein and Chow Fun dishes. As well as I love the half roast duck. I get it every time. They don't seem to be a very big operation so I have noticed that there can be a wait at times. Which I don't mind because I know the quality of food I am waiting for. I've gone there enough to know that sometimes the lady doesn't give me a time but the default time is usually always 45 mins. If there is an improvement it can be wait times and a bell at the front when they both are in the back preparing orders. Other than that the food is fantastic. Ordered food to go 30 mins prior to arriving at the restaurant. After I was finished ordering, I was never told how long it would be before the food was finished. Entered restaurant and patiently waited at counter for ANYONE to greet or help me. Waited 10 mins and was told afterwards that it would still be at least 5 mins before my food would be finished. Now it's been 1hr total since I ordered the food and it still isn't ready. I've been to this restaurant many times before but this is the absolute worst encounter I have ever had with them.
