I want to start by saying that I LOVE Chick-fil-A. It's one of my all time favorite fast food joints. I usually can count on my experiences at ANY Chick-fil-A to be superior to my experience at any other fast food joint. That being said, I am a big guy, not in waist but in height. I like to get my food in large quantities. My one gripe with this Chick-fil-A, which I experience CONSISTENTLY is that they never fill my fries to the top. I order Chick-fil-A alot. Even have the orders to prove it. And I on extremely rare occasions have this problem at any other store. However, this store never wants to fill up my dry carton. I just fill that if a customer orders something, they should get what they paid for. Other than that, this store has been wonderful and I will continue to go there, and continue to ask for them to fill my carton to the top until someone in management decides to give the customers what they pay for.
Update: Sept. 26, 2018 I ordered a 12 piece with a large fry. And before I recieved my food, I asked the gentleman at the window to make sure my large fries were topped off. I dont know if the new fry container is too big, and this store doesn't want to fill them up or not, but I order large fries with the expectation that the container would be full. Why else order a large and be charged the extra money for it?? Yet today, after I asked the drive thru associate to make sure my fries were topped off properly, he speaks to the people in the rear and give me the fries looking like the photo added below. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this location. If there was another choice in Yuma, I'd definitely attempt to see if they would do...
Read moreA black eye on an otherwise extremely well run organization. We were told to wait in the drive thru spot #1 , sat there for nearly 20 minutes before I got out of the car and went inside. Our food was just waiting on the counter, the girl at the counter apologized half heartedly and handed over the food. I asked if that's all they can do and she added a free brownie. I asked to talk to the manager who happened to be standing there watching the whole thing. He said: "we already gave you a free brownie, that's the best we can do" and turned away. I'll admit I have high expectations for Chick Fil A, if this would have happened at any other fast food place I wouldn't have given it a second thought. This incident bothered me due to the positive image I have of the brand in my mind that I feel like I have to post this. Go to this store if you want just another fast food experience, otherwise find somewhere else. Whoever running this store needs to go back to...
Read morePsssst....don't tell anyone.......I don't want to let the cow out of the bag and have the lines grow any longer than they already are. 1st I'd like to state that the customer service is above and beyond. Super friendly and they're as fast as possible considering how busy they always are. 2nd, omgosh their ice cream cones are DELISH! I'll drive 15+ miles roundtrip just to get a cone, lol! But since I'm pretty smart I'll add in an order of their scrumptious mac n cheese, lemonade, the lemonade/ice cream blended drink (I can't remember what it's called?) and their always hot fries.
