Cool little shop, great customer service, and awesome selection. They've got some basic necessities for trading cards, board games, Dungeons and Dragons, and Warhammer 40k. You can even request to play a campaign here. Saturday's are for Warhammer 40k. They've got everything you need for most RPG games and even Funko Pops. It's totally worth the visit.

I visited the place to check out their games and I was mostly disappointed. They got a good amount of stock but you honestly just best off buying off from Ebay. Their prices are pretty high and before I get their response of “prices reflect shipping and fees and current market value” I’d be fine with if it was actually full original games.

Speaking from the GameCube games, I asked for the price of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle was told it was $120.00 (already pretty high compared to the average on EBay which hovers around 90-100, even adding shipping fees) soon after the employee also told me the box art was not the original and it was reprinted. Why am I going to pay such a premium price if the box art is reprinted? Worst of all once I was able to secure my own copy of the game from somewhere else I wanted to see how much they’d take it for. They offered me around 40 cash and 55 in store. Keep in mind my game was legitimately original with everything, manual disc, box art. Condition give it a 7/10 but still, taking a full original game and then just offering half of what you sell a reprinted game for is pretty unreasonable.

I checked reviews to see if anyone has pointed that out and saw some ppl mentioning it but they responded saying that they label the games that are reprinted and price it accordingly to that but they clearly don’t. The game wasn’t labeled or anything it was just because the employee told me that I found out it was reprinted and like I said it was not priced accordingly they were just charging full premium price. There was also a couple other GC games that were also reprinted some were originally but again nothing was labeled is my point and they are just charging you like if it’s all original.

Also, no refunds there’s no warranty period or anything, yeah they test the games infront of you but there’s only so much a 10-20 min test session can show compared to actually playing it at home. They should really offer like a 7 day period where if you have issues you can just return it.

Like I said you’re better off getting from eBay because even when you add shipping fees it still will come out cheaper and you also have returns in that.

Not much experience in their Pokémon section but I also see a lot of people pointing out the prices might be high and they always respond with the same thing of “Shipping fees and current price and fee of keeping in store” which again it’s kinda like believable especially cuz I do know they have some employees just camp out at stores when there’s going to be pokemon card restocks so they clearly try to circumvent all these shipping fees a lot yet add them to the cards they sell in store.

I get having to keep a certain standard in order to make a profit but there’s some stuff that does feel pretty unreasonable on their pricing. If they offered more customer friendly options or something like that I think that could balance out the pricing.

I hope they take this review professionally since most of their responses seems like if they just try to make any negative reviews seem like the person is lying just to hate. If a review is written negatively Is because that was the experience one had at the store. It’s not hating it’s just giving...

Really wish I didn’t have to write this since I’ve followed “Lost Empire Games “ since they were “Hidden Village “ , I’ve take many friends there since they opened at the Yuma palms but unfortunately they always say something similar “ this is a pretty cool place and has a great atmosphere with the players except when it comes to the staff and main owners” excluding (Dom). I’ve tried giving the shop many chances over the years but my friends and I always leave with a bitter taste and tonight was one of those nights . Went in to try to play a game or two of magic and ended up joining my first draft which I thought was cool however after my first match ended I had a hiccup with my Mtg Companion app, so I went to the front to ask If they could help me with it and or just tell me who’d I be playing next , he said something which I didn’t understand and i asked again who’d I be playing against ( if i could remember the guys name I’d put in but i genuinely don’t remember it ) he lost his cool and told me that I wasn’t playing anyone and that I had beat the ghost player , i proceeded to state that I didn’t know what he had previously meant and that’s why I had asked again . I went back to the tables and packed up because I wouldn’t be able to play for the next round when it came up since I would have been out of time when the next round started. As I packed up the same staff member came around and proceeded to ask me what color style I was playing I responded and kept watching the group next to me while my time ran out , and at said time I proceeded to leave the store and the same staff member saw me out with a “ Thanks for joining the Draft “. Not gonna lie this put the seal on the coffin for me . I won’t be returning to the store which honestly sucks for me cuz that place is cool but it just isn’t worth it if the staff treats you poorly or like your an...

Single Pokemon cards are overpriced for what the market value is. Had to haggle down a price of a card that was $2 on their shop but on market it was 0.35 cents at the time and they said they can’t go down because of shipping and whatnot. I’m sure they’re donated cards so I’m not sure what the “shipping” is from, most stores in town don’t have an issue respecting the current market price but this place sucks with that. A lot of $1 cards that honestly should be free and a lot of $2 that should be cents worth and a couple of $5 cards that maybe should be $1 or $2. Etc.

Don’t get me started with their packs, booster boxes, etc., they are scalpers and take advantage of the community. If you buy from here, you’re part of the problem and are encouraging them to keep doing this.

Cheaply printed stickers you can get from Amazon that come in packs of like idk 200 stickers for idk $3 and sell those stickers for $1 each.

Goodluck selling games to them, tried selling a game and on eBay and the median range was $47 and they said they could take it for $6 best. It had the game manual and game box brand new and disk was obviously used but fine. I’m sure they would have repriced it for $60 knowing their pricing.

They have a lot of games that the box art is reprinted and they charge you like it’s the original, THAT IS...
