KAY Jewelers — Local services in Yuma

Went in with my soon to be husband and purchased a ring for me and a ring for him. All is well, we love the rings and get an estimated delivery of 2-3 weeks. We thought that was average, and we were excited to get the rings. Get a call less than a week later saying one of the rings is ready. I’m super excited and start driving over to get his ring while he’s at work to surprise him. He gets a text before I even get there that his ring got picked up. I thought that was strange, but I was going over anyways so I decided maybe it was an accidental message to our account. I get there and the woman just sighs and says she gave the wrong ring to the last person. It’s the same ring model, but different sizes. The other woman in the shop says I wouldn’t even be able to pick up the ring even if they didn’t accidentally give it to the wrong person because I’d need ID… even though they gave the ring to someone without checking their ID or order number. Me and my husband are now (rightfully) pissed because those rings were expensive and clearly the workers didn’t follow basic protocol to make sure the person they were serving even got the right ring. I have idea if the guy who has our ring will even return it.

I never recommend that someone comes to this Kay Jewelry’s location because although the service was initially excellent and the jewelry selection was awesome, the negligence by the employees is honestly...

Our rings are absolutely stunning, and I am completely in love with them. When my husband’s ring needed to be resized, Deniese took care of everything right away. The resizing and shipping process was smooth, and she made sure we were notified the moment it arrived.

Because of Deniese, we not only found rings we adore, but we also had a memorable and heartfelt experience. We are grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Kay Jewelers is lucky to have her, and we will gladly continue to come back because of the way she treats us....

Deniese was and is very helpful each and every single time me and my fiancé go in to get my engagement ring cleaned. She has always gone above and beyond to help us with any needs that we may have. And she always has answers to all of our questions. We bought the ring in December sometime and she was the one who helped us and helped us to find exactly the one that we wanted and absolutely fell in love with. We did come into problems on the other end of signing up for the card but she got on the phone and worked her magic and made it happen!! She was very efficient and super kind and patient.
